---Destriptions---
Agility-Cylo starts flying/floating around his opponent and speeds up creating dizzyness for the opponent.
Control-After sending out a Psywave, Cylo can control his opponent with his mind.
Freeze-Scarlet can freeze water to make all of her Ice Attacks work.
Gust-A semi-strong wing arises from the flapping of Scarlet's wings kind of making the opponent fly backwards a few feet and land on his/her back.
Ice Ball-Scarlet brings water into a ball in her hands and then freezes it which then she can throw at her opponent.
Psychic-Cylo sends out strong waves of loud sound that only his opponent or anyone in the way can hear. It breaks through the ear and hurts them very badly.
Psywave-Cylo sends out a semi-strong wave and this is the first step of Cylo's Control attack.
Rolling Pummel-Cylo spins around and around and then blasts at his opponents to create a very strong tackle attack.
Shard Throw-Scarlet freezes water to create a ball or something. Then she can cut the pieces into shards and throw them.
Tackle-Cylo just bashes himself against his opponent.
Water Ball-A lot like Scatlet's Ice Ball only without the freezing.
Water Smash-Scarlet finds the closest body of water to her right and left then claps. This makes some of the water come out, of the body of it, and smash her opponent at the same time. Somewhat like Water Whip.
Water Whip-Scarlet finds the closest body of water and grabs some. Then she brings it over and creates a whip or just throws it at the opponent. Then she may use the whip to attack her opponent.
Wave-Scarlet finds the closest body of water and takes a lot of water out of it and throws it into a wave form and lets the wave crash down on top of her opponents.
Whirlwind-A strong wind created by Scarlet's wings. An attack that she whirls her opponent away with. They go a ways away.
Wing Attack-Scarlet's wings start to glow and then she flaps them at a fast rate to create x looking balls of energy coming fast at her opponent.
Wing Attack Dos-Scarlet's wings start to glow and then she flys at her opponent with great force and spreads her wings out and slices her opponent using them.
*NOTE: Some of these attacks were created by me and some were taken from different Anime TV shows.
