Reisio was breathing hard now, mostly a result of their humming their collective theme song under their breath and adding additional whooshing noises to their action moves. When there was a lull, they returned Oisier's fist bump.

"We will be destroyers in the future."

All of a sudden, a dummy emerged from around a corner. Caught up in the moment, Reisio opened fire. "Watch out!" They yelled, clipping through their twin.

Eager to see if he could do better, Deimos arrived ready for action. He suited up and headed on into the arena, once more sticking to being solo. After wandering around for a few minutes, he spotted a ladder to a loft area that looked like it'd be perfect for sniping. Grinning to himself, he climbed up and situated himself for some nice easy kills.

Reisio's accuracy was impeccable even with their lack of depth perception. Even they seemed a bit shocked that all of the lasers registered, and as they stepped back from the smoking dummy (okay, it wasn't smoking) they gave their twin a firm nod. With a stern frown, they blew across the tip of their laser gun.

Honestly, picking people off from above was pretty boring. Eventually he climbed down the ladder to get back into the fray- which... turned out to be a mistake. Some kid was going absolutely berserk! Dei barely managed to escape getting whacked in the head with the kid's gun as he darted down a different passage way. The kid still managed to hit him with something, though. Lame...

Oisier knew on an intellectual level that their twin monitored their blind spot. That didn't stop them from startling at Reisio's shout, and the clatter of the enemy dummy. Oisier stepped back through Reisio as the other Mirrim shot forward to their defense. Still jarred, Oisier failed to respond to the sluggish change in momentum that accompanied their powers. Oisier moved as though they were an individual, when they were in fact still fused to their sibling. They ejected at an odd angle, and propelled into a wall, which they bounced off pitifully. Oisier whimpered from their newfound place on the floor. Their hands clutched the space between their horns.

Clearly it was not his night to be down in the thick of it. Upon spotting another ladder, Deimos immediately climbed it to get to safety. There he managed to pick off several of the pink team members before his time was up. This game was fun! He wondered if maybe it'd be funner with someone else.. or if they'd just be a drag. That would be a mystery for another time.

A greeting drew Malice's attention from her screens. She turned halfway to view the voice, raising a brow. Small and frail looking, an orangeblood stood waiting for a response. Had she seen that face before? Malice lowered her shades to the edge of her pointed nose, eyeing Panili with a suspicious squint. She suddenly pushed the shades back up and inhaled.

"Its pretty self explanatory." She finally said, making an unimpressed face. "Others can interpret it as they will, but no matter which team you're on, the enemy team is who is considered the- what did you say- "invaders from space"." She then turned entirely to face the orangeblood, and then crossed her arms over her chest, eyes boring into her. "As for simulation: if we're going to take control of our galaxies again, we'll need to be prepared for when the time comes. You don't conquer by simply asking."

Panili cleared her throat, looking straight into the blueblood’s eyes. She would not let the heat behind her cheeks turn into a flush. “That’s what I thought.” She hummed in thought, still maintaining eye contact. “I’m not convinced that random, frantic shooting has many merits over terraforming harsh ecosystems in unfamiliar galaxies, but I suppose a penchant for bloodsport is a more predictable view.”

The orangeblood went to put her hands in her sleeves before realizing she was wearing her beach jumper, and instead smoothed down her pantlegs in one motion. She felt more vulnerable than expected, and instead of looking at Malice cast her view to the fluorescent wall of prizes nearby.

"Oh no!" Reisio had tragically not thought about their twin in this time of peril. What started as a fun and exciting romp had turned into a startling scrape. Reisio's chin wobbled, and they rushed over to Oisier - suddenly bleary eyed with guns blazing. Unaware of how effective their targeting was, Reisio collapsed to their knees and gently grabbed the injured troll by the shoulder.

"I'm sorry - here, here... I can fix it..." They blubbered, placing a hand on the injury. Reisio focused with a breath in, then out. The grey matter of their hand began to sink carefully into Oisier's head, a fluttering feeling growing as they exchanged genetics. Like rubbing dirt off of a scraped knee, when Reisio pulled back the blemish was largely reduced. "Let's get out of here together. Our lusii probably will have purchased cotton candy for us. And there is jerky." They encouraged. With a bite of their lip, Reisio picked up Oisier under the arm and the two headed out together in a blaze of glory.

"Let's check Malice's booth again!" Scorpa suggested as she and Flydra took another break from their own booth. The yellowblood hadn't managed to make it back again after her first attempt here and wanted to redeem herself. Plus the blueblood was so funny with her deadpan eyes and stern posture. Scorpa liked her.

"Now check this out!" The soldier whispered as they entered the game upon suiting up. She remembered the path they'd taken last time and gunned straight through it, dashing through the laser fire and hitting all of the enemy targets perfectly! Scorpa was they type of troll who did well with physical repetition. Hopefully by the end of this Bloodfest she'd have the whole map memorized and could invite some other trolls to play and kick their a**! Slowing to a strut, the yellowblood looked back over her shoulder at Flydra with a smirk- challenging her to follow that.

Cocking her gun back over her shoulder to look cool, the yellowblood flushed and scowled as she accidentally shot herself again and cursed the weapon out. Distracted, she failed to notice a dark shadow approach. It grabbed her and shot her in the back point blank multiple times, ejecting her from the game. Pissed off, the yellowblood stomped out of the arena and vowed to get revenge, hollering up a storm.

It was fun to pick on people at their own booth but Flydra also liked going out to see what the rest of the festival looked like. Also it let them walk around as moving advertisements by wearing their watermelon bikinis and badges. She would blow bubbles too but she'd forgotten to grab any before heading out. Strapping up again for battle, she looked at Scorpa with a dreamy happy smile, enjoying the time with her dear friend. The yellowblood had a knack for getting Flydra out of her own comfort zone and off trying new things like this laser tag booth. She lovingly reached over to help move and hold Scorpa's ponytail out of the way while the taller girl pulled the flashing light armor on.

"Let's kill some aliens. Pretend they're scorpions." She giggled. Flydra knew about Scorpa's jealousy towards Pradapalps's other children and she supported her friend in destroying the offspring. Scorpa deserved so much and it just wasn't fair for her to be so neglected by such a cruel lusus. Firing her gun at a target, the tealblood focused on the game. The doctor was in.

Well ********, Scorpa had just been evicted. Flydra pouted, not at all happy to see her bestie basically thrown out of the game. She would have to get enough points for the both of them. Locking on to the targets around the area, she began to rapidly fire her frustrations out on them. After finishing, she returned to Scorpa's side and linked arms with her. Physical contact seemed to calm and soothe Scorpa somehow.

"What do you say we get a smoothie?" The two left, they'd be back again later to best this game.
