Sweet Sinnamon Roll
Too evil, Too impure for this world.

As some would know, a good breakfast is the key start to a great day. Or night, depending on at what time your 'day' began. And with the season for Sinnamon Spice in the air, a traditional holiday pastry is making the rounds.
Literally.
However with such a high demand, (and often a high price tag!) its just cheaper and often easier to make some for yourself at home. Or well, in Home Wreckonomics. The school has opened up small bake sessions in the spirit of the season anyone and everyone can bake their favorite holiday classic. But to those who make the oh so tasty Sinnamon rolls? Well.

You can make some serious dough off of those.

9- The fridge just had it all hiding in the back, score!
10- You can't seem to find what you're looking for and blame the gnomes. Because you can hear them laughing. Jerks. It's very likely was them. You'd put money on it.

Using 6d10, try to keep your sinnamon-sugar combo below 7. Anything above and well... it's no longer going to be sweet but more... semi choking.

5- +1 Sinnamon scale
6- +0 Sinnamon scale

If you get over 7, you'll have to start over from scratch, and that's terrible.

All rolled up and cut up, it's time to bake these buns in the oven. Sweet sugar spice babies you can't wait! But alas, the aroma has lured hungry gnomes come to knock you out so they can steal the fruits of your labor.

Fight off the three Gnomes, Popper, Artiehokie, and Snapies. This gross trio is head on ready for a culinary showdown, so bring out your best. Each one has 10 HP, and does an auto-2 HP each turn.
Thankfully, armed with the spice rack's unlimited back pepper, you can do an additional +2 damage with each hit.
One their all taken out, it's only a matter of time before...

gaia_diamond LEARNED ABILITY: Sweet Sinnamon-
By the infusion of evilly delicious spices, you student can now outside of battle, make any food they touch palatable and vaguely taste like there is a bit of a sweet kick to it. In battle they just smell good. Which is nice if they start to get a bit sweaty I suppose.

Step One

Why did Ruth want sweet sinnamon rolls? They were too tasty and sweet and creeple actually wanted them. Oh wait, creeple wanted them and were willing to pay top seeds for them. Okay, she saw the angle she needed to justify going through all the effort of making them. And given how the school was offering Home Wreckonomics classes for making just the things, Ruth signed up.

Given what she planned to do, she was going to need a means of making money. Reading through the recipe, Ruth easily and quickly found the necessary ingredients in the pantry. She'd been stealthy enough to gather them without drawing attention to herself.

Step Two
Ruth was, for the most part, good at following instructions. She had always been an obedient daughter except for the times when she wasn't and even then there was still a measured level of control to her chaos. It wasn't immediately evident of course because that would make her a terrible Paranoia Agent. Still, she followed the instructions and mixed the dough to its necessary consistency.

Once achieved, she began to roll it out, sprinkling just enough of the sinnamon-sugar. Admittedly she would have no sprinkled any if she could help it but then it was just be a regular roll and tempting as it was to do such a thing in future endeavors, for now she added just enough to be allowed to proceed to the next step of baking.

Step Three

She'd finished cutting the dough into the necessary size and rolled them up to specifications. Good, they were at acceptable levels in terms of size and taste. She laid them out onto the trays and popped them into the preheated oven. Now all she needed to do was to wait for them to finish baking. Surely nothing could go wrong at this point, right?

Wrong! While delicious smells began to waft out of the ovens (because she wasn't the only student present), they aroma attracted unwanted attention in the form of gnomes.

Step Three

When a trio began to approach Ruth's oven, she summoned her pipe and took a swing at the one who'd almost reached the oven. She didn't particularly care what their names were. In the end, they were all going to become well-acquainted with her steel pipe and that was really what mattered. She felt the pipe connect and she grinned in satisfaction at the crunch.

The gnome went flying and it crashed into the pantry where the ingredients fell on top of it. Hopefully that was enough to dissuade the other two.

Step Three

Ruth didn't know what gnomes had to go through, Ruth didn't care really, and maybe if she had she would have known that it took more than a couple of love-taps to send them scurrying. The second gnome tried to brave the distance to steal the baking rolls. And it clearly did not know that ovens got hot because when it tried to pull at the handle it squealed in pain.

With it distracted, Ruth swung again and the curve of the pipe collided.

Step Three

She set her (unseen) gaze at the last gnome and the Violet seemingly tried to wrench control back by making Ruth act uncertain. This perceived weakness of will caused the last gnome to try and attack her directly. The pipe was raised to block the incoming lunge and Ruth brought the arc of the pipe down to slam the gnome against the ground.

A part of the Violet wished Ruth talked so she could make some snappy comeback but when Ruth prompted her persona what it should be, the Violet came up with nothing.

Step Three

A rotten egg came sailing straight for her face and in disgust, Ruth swatted it away. The shell cracked and the disgusting contents ended up falling on the fallen gnome with a gross splat. Making a face, Ruth kicked at the gnome away like it was discarded trash.

Step Three

One down, two to go! The first one tried to hobble away but Ruth decided no. She was going to make sure her sinnamon rolls would be safe and to do so, she beat the ever-loving-snot out of the gnome until it dissipated. Good riddance.

Step Three

And just left the last gnome. Desperate, angry, or terrified, Ruth didn't care what the gnome was feeling. All she knew was that it was going to feel the brunt of her steel pipe right in the face. The sound of impact echoed throughout the kitchen as the gnome sailed right out of the kitchen.

Ruth's victory was highlighted with the tinny ding from the oven's timer, indicating that her sinnamon rolls were done baking.

Step Four

Ruth was careful to retrieve oven mitts and wear them, after seeing the gnome make the mistake of trying to grab piping hot food out of the oven with their bare hands. Carefully so as not to spill anything onto the floor, Ruth triumphantly retrieved her sinnamon rolls and passed the class.
