The class was scheduled to be in the early morning and would 'offer extra credit to any course a student was currently struggling with.' It also offered 'free food'. Which hey, was nice. The class was fairly straight forward on the flyer. Plant a few plants and weed the school garden. Nothing to crazy. A small lesson on plant life and how to use it for FEAR harvesting and accenting your scare tactics but not a whole lot. The meeting place was the school's entrance, and it listed 'Mr. Darcy' as the teacher.
At the school entrance the normally black, formal clad vampire was dressed in what one could only assume was the most formal gardening clothes. Black wellies, Black slacks, a dark grey button up. Black gardening gloves, and a black straw gardening hat.
He looked ridiculous.
His expression was a mix of tired and reluctance, the sun beaming down even in the early morning light. It wasn't hard to guess why the professor didn't like this course, and as he waved at the various gardening tools, he spoke little.
"Grabs some gloves and a tool. We'll head to the garden soon enough." The tools were simple enough. A hand rake, a root ripper, and shovel. The gloves came in three colors. Green, red and blue. For now, all one would have to do was get their supplies. Darcy seemed more than fine with not moving as it were.
OOC The Bonuses for this Class are upon 800 words completed+ 2RP points 1 Classroom Minipet 1 Learned Ability The class will be 9 days long, with 3 days per stage. This is stage 1 Your student must pick a tool and a glove color. If they don't want to.. they can but it's not recommended. I will quote all players who join when the new stage occurs. After the first day of round two, no new players may join. Hunters will not be able to participate in this field class. If you have any questions or with to interact with Darcy please Quote or PM me!

Astra had always loved plants and flowers, considering she lived among the various flora of the forest woods she called home. Which was why she was here in this class. Not to mention extra credit was always a nice thing, even if you weren't technically a student anymore. Especially when it involved gardening.
Looking at their teacher for this class, she had the immediate impression of a vampire whom would normally be well dressed and fancy, but instead was wearing the weirdest set of clothes. The poor guy just looked silly.
While another student went about taking their supplies, The fae picked up her own set of blue gloves, then a shovel. A easy enough item to use, and one she had used plenty times before.
She then amused herself watching Carlo's antics, giggling as he played with his own set of tools.
----------
Sludge was here too. As clueless and dumbfounded as usual. He barely paid attention to Mr Darcy, more intent on this 'free food' he had heard about.
He didn't see anything that looked like food, only wooden and metal based items. They weren't things he would normally eat (normal being a subjective term here as there were plenty of things he would eat that others wouldn't) but he was hungry and there was supposed to be food.
The xenomorph picked up a rake and started chewing on the end. It didn't taste that nice. So he took one of the green gloves and chewed on that instead.

Where had Camilla been the past few months? Studying, avoiding the cold, being a virtual shut in all winter, etc. Now, however, it was spring! It was time to get out and do things! To warm herself in the gentle Pumpkin Sun, catch up with friends, and go on all the adventures she'd been longing to go on all winter!
The online classes she was taking over the winter were fine, but she enjoyed actually going to class and meeting creeple. It was as she was returning from one of these classes that she saw it. A poster; A poster for a new class! Never one to turn down a class if she could help it, Camilla grins excitedly before pulling off the poster and rushing home!
Upon closer inspection of the poster Camilla soon found it was a gardening class! That was even better! The Dormouse ghoul, as most Dormice Monsters did, loved plants! Her flourishing indoor garden was all the proof one needed of that. After donning a old pare of seafoam green knee length bloomers, old loose flowy lavender purple shirt with a folded collar, and a surprisingly nice straw sun hat with a fake purple rose on it, Camilla rushes out! She didn't bother with socks or shoes because it was warm enough now and she liked being barefoot anyway.
Upon arrival, the first thing she saw was a Vampire who looked quite... uncomfortable... His cloths looked a tad bit too... formal for the occasion and his skin didn't seem to be fairing well in the direct Pumpkin Sunlight... Frowning, Camilla nods as he waved towards the tools. As she moved towards them, she quickly spotted a familiar blue furry friend! "Carlos!" she exclaims cheerfully as she quickly moves to stand next to the cat who was on his back playing with his tools.
"Heh, having fun?" she asks playfully as her tail gives a merry twirl before she scans the available tools. A hand rake, root ripper, and shovel. Deciding to grab all three items, she first grabs a blue pare of gardening gloves. Then with a tool in each hand, and one being held by her dexterous prehensile tail, she sits down next to her playful predatory friend and basks in the sunlight. Ahhh...

There had been a sign posted for free food, and Sacha was there.
Early.
Of course he'd gotten distracted, leaving to snag a snack from his dorm, but he actually made it back on time, already halfway through the trifle bowl in his arms and scraping the sides clean as he went.
The professor directed them to pick up some supplies, and it took no time at all for Sacha to decide that he wanted the thing that resembled a fork. And red gloves were an obvious choice, they hid blood better.
But acquiring said tools would require him to either set down his trifle (not happening, someone might take it) or his spoon (again, not happening, it would slow down his eating). That left using effort and actually using his shadow to gather tools for him, but it seemed like a waste of energy and concentration honestly, not when he could be focused on pumpkin sponge layered with a toasted marshmallow whipped cream and bloodberry compote.
"Hey, can someone grab one of those garden forks and some red gloves for me?"

Meat, well, he could understand that. Filets were a specialty of anyone with half a brain, and when he thought about it, brains were good as well. They required a bit more preparation but the end results could be stunning.
Sacha's mouth watered, and his next bite of trifle was exceptionally large, and disappeared alarmingly quickly. But the spoon itself he left stuck in his mouth as he shoved a hand into one of his bulging apron pockets.
After a minute of searching he withdrew his hand triumphantly and held out his find, a strip of jerky with perhaps a few spookie crumbs stuck to it from its time in his pocket.
"Here," he said, voice muffled slightly as he spoke around the spoon. "It's good, promise." Good deeds deserved rewards, and his family knew to pay well for services rendered. Plus, it really was good jerky, none of the snacks he had stashed away were subpar.
