the grade nine band always has to perform with the senior. and the grade nine band has like twenty nine people and the senior band uhmm... i dunno around twenty also. which adds up like to fifty. when we're seperated, it's not too big, but if we join the senior band, it a little too big. sweatdrop

thats a friggin huge band.
my freshman year, we had about 60.
sophomore, 80
this year, about 120.
i heard that for next year we will be getting about 85 new freshman

We only have about 60 people all together sweatdrop ...and this yr like half the band will be seniors too

For our school we dont have to do marching band if you do regular concert band. our band is pretty big considering that not many people live up in washington (state). Marching band: 160 Hornline: 100 Colorgaurd: 28 Battery (drumline): 15 Pit: 17 Drum majors: 2 Im not sure how many people didnt march, but it is around 30 or maybe a little more. and some people who normally play an instrument did colorguard and that was probably 3 or 4. so i think we around 170 to 180 band kids and it gets bigger every year. here's the marching band

Er...our band started out with what...19? their first year.
Last season we had 40-odd on the field...next season we're predicting double that.

About eighty, with TWENTY trumpets, twelve drummers, eight colorguard/rifles/sabers, and six majorettes. Had to mention the trumpet thing; thats the most impressive attribute of our band. Kinda depressing, really.

Jumar i heard that for next year we will be getting about 85 new freshman OMG I'd cream if our band was gettin 85 new freshmen! But with our luck, they'd all play clarinet or something like that. We desperately need more low brass players.

Last year we had 135.
This year it's gonna be in the neighborhood of about 150.
Maybe even 170, including guard.
It was a very pleasant surprise to get about 30 new guard members!

We had about 134 members this past year..... We don't have a colorguard, so that's all instruments there except for the 2 majorettes and drum majors.

eh... well... were quite a small band.. 38 Musicians
13 Auxiliary and 1 drum major.... so, we had 52 people last year.... and next year... were only getting 1 flute! and theres... going to be 2 left!! ahh! we need more people!

54. Not sure if that's with or without the 2 drum majors and *cough* 2 Color Guard. No joke really, only 2. Sad for a school with 2400 students. rolleyes
