[OOC] Dance / Chant Schedule & Application Thread

This thread serves to provide a schedule for preplanned dances/chants and inform the pride of new ones. Is your lioness pregnant? Did your lion die? Anything that warrants an ORP or simply an IC gathering that was completed off-screen can be requested here.

Preplanned Chants / Dances may occasionally be rescheduled in favor of player-run ones.

The Courtship Dance occur spontaneously at the whim of players.

The New Life Dance occurs when a lioness is pregnant.

The Introduction Dance occurs when a litter of cubs are old enough to speak and walk.

The Welcoming Dance happens on the last Saturday of every month and usually stays open a week.

The Lost Life Dance occurs when a cub is stillborn or dies very young, and also in the case of failed pregnancies.

The Last Dance occurs when a full-fledged pride member dies (or is missing long enough to be presumed deceased).

The Initiation Dance takes place on the second Saturday of every month and usually stays open a week.

The Sun Dance occurs sporadically and can be initiated by any member of the pride.

Singing Circles take place on the first Saturday of every month and usually stays open a week.

Dances & Chants for June 2014

Saturday the 28th: A Welcoming Dance will take place for any members who joined in June.

Notes:
The first Singing Circle will not be until next month due to the meta.
There will be no Initiation Dance on the 14th as there are no adolescents in the pride.

[b]Characters:[/b] This means the characters triggering the dance, such as a pregnant lioness, a male proposing to his mate, etc.
[b]Would you like an ORP?[/b] If no, it will be assumed the dance occurred off-screen.
[b]What date would you like the ORP on?[/b] N/A if you've chosen the off-screen option. This is only to keep track of things and make sure preplanned dances can be rescheduled accordingly if need be.
