Okay okay guys i was pondering around Harry Potter forum and an idea occurred to me...I want to see and hear a full blown discussion on your opinion on a new movie for harry potter would you watch it what topic would interest you ?
If i answered my own question i would say heck yes ! and the topic i would choose would be the ghosts and founders of hogwarts !
What about all of you !?!?

I believe a movie about the Marauder Era would be interesting. emotion_dowant And the werewolves and other species in the Harry Potter World would be great as well.

Heh, this is something that I want with all the little bitty pieces of my heart. I'm with
TDarkCR for a Marauder's era story. I think it's filled with potential shenanigans and a
whole lot mischief. I would very much like to know more about all of them (although I
will always have a special place in my heart for Lupin). I especially want to know how
James redeems his horrid bullying behavior and becomes a loving, sacrificing dad. ninja
If I got my greatest desire it would of course be about Albus Percival Wulfric Brian
Dumbledore. I adore him so completely and want desperately to know more about
him and his youth. I have tons of head canons and I'd just like to know what's true
and what isn't. Plus, I love Aberforth and would love to hear more about both Ariana
Dumbledore and Gellert Grindlewald. I'd be absolutely ecstatic! heart Still, I doubt that
movie will ever be made seeing as it has some HEAVY adult-ness, ya know? *sigh* neutral

The Dark Closet Rebellion I believe a movie about the Marauder Era would be interesting. emotion_dowant And the werewolves and other species in the Harry Potter World would be great as well.
I've always been opposed to a Marauder's Era movie, but I started to think about it, and I think a TV series would be awesome. I could picture it starting in their 5th year (with flashbacks to previous years if needed?), every season is a year. The final season would end with James and Lily's death (or right up to it).
The only thing about a TV series over a movie would be it would have a smaller budget. I just think it would be really cool to see it in a TV format. They'd be able to spend more times with the characters and their subplots: emotions/relationships/etc. (Something we see so little of in the HP movies), and to see how they grow and evolve to who they are in canon.
Unfortunately, the whole reason I was opposed to the idea in the first place, I would never be able to get it out of my mind that pretty much all the possible characters in this would die tragically....
Anyways, I'm super down for a Founders movie.

I'd love to se the Marauders and their shenanigans! But I'd also want them to focus at least a little bit of time on Lupin dealing with his problem, the others finding out, and them supporting him/becoming Animagi, because I think it's really sweet that they would take such a big risk all to help their friend feel better. I'd also like to see how James matures from bully to the man Lily falls for.
The one downside to that is they'd have to include all the depressing stuff with Snape, including that James bullied him. They'd have to somehow set it up so that James and the Marauders bullying people doesn't glorify bullying.
I would also be interested to see more about the founders, especially how they went from all getting along to the split with Salazar.

Second Generation would be nice, but I think what we really need is a Marauder-era story. I think having more details about the Snape-Lily-James ordeal would really enhance the HP saga, especially HPB-onward. On that note I'd also love to know more about Narcissa and Lucius at Hogwarts because they're my favorite, lol. It'd also be nice to know more about the political history of the Wizarding World - I want to know more about controversial issues that have arisen in the past and how they affected "present-day" HP. I think another movie could outline those things nicely.

I'd Love a Marauder's Era or a Next Generation Movie
but I am really looking forward to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. It may not be Harry but its still a part of the magical world. smile
