Powers: 1. a power that is only in her immediate presence - the desire to be touched by her. the way this would work; if another is around her and spending a lot of time with her; they may find themselves increasingly need to hug her.. or pet her.. or have her do so to them
weakness to balance this from being too OP = is completely powerless against malevolent types; other god/desses.
2. - temporary power - the desire to hug the first carousel they see. this is short and brief. as soon as that desire is met; it goes away. how that leaves the carousel feeling about all of that is up to that creature.
3. a power that isn't able to be invoked by herself, but this is something associated her. and can only be used once by any carousel in their life; the ability to summon her when they are at their most lonely and isolated... so that a carousel who's suffering and sorrowful from loneliness and left bereft of friends or anyone to like them. they can summon her through their sorrows.. and she'll come and comfort them.. but this can only ever be done once... and it isn't a known fact they can do it. it often just happens that someone cries out in misery; and it summons her suddenly to their side.

• Her powers allow her to corrode things like metal, cement, etc.
• Her powers rots plants, trees and grass.
• Her powers allow her to cause flesh to rot, bones to become brittle and organs to fail.
• Her powers can affect herself.
• Her powers are controlled via her paws as well as spread
-Powers are stronger when used from her paws.
-Powers can be spread a block away from her
-Powers are weaker when spread around an area, and weaken the
further away from her they are.
• Her powers happen instantaneous once she initiates them.
-Damaging effect dwindles for an hour after she cuts off her power before finally stopping.

What she can't do
• Her powers can't directly kill anything with a heartbeat, no matter how long she uses them on them. They can die from the damage she causes, but death is not her domain.
• Her powers cannot affect Restoration.
• She cannot use her powers for too long, or she will wear herself out and will not be able to use her powers for 3 days.

• Has the power to rebuild corroded cement, metal, etc.
• Has the power to regrow damaged trees, grass and plants.
• Has the power to rebuild flesh, muscles, organs, and bones.
• Pretty much can restore things that have been damaged from natural disasters.
• Her powers can affect herself
• Her powers are controlled via her paws as well as spread
-Powers are stronger when used from her paws.
-Powers can be spread a block away from her
-Powers are weaker when spread around an area, and weaken the
further away from her they are.
• Her powers happen instantaneous once she initiates them.
-Powers are only truly instant when healing something with a heartbeat.
-Powers speed up the restoration of natural disasters, but is not
instantaneous if she is not physically in the area.
-Power does not drain her, but can not control the effect.

What she can't do
• Her power cannot bring things with a heartbeat back to life. Even if her sister's power inflicted wounds caused the creature to die, she could not bring him back to life.
• Her powers cannot affect Destruction.
• She cannot use her powers for too long, or she will wear herself out and will not be able to use her powers for 3 days.

Powers: ♥ He can cool the air around him up to one mile. In this he can make fog, mist, ice, and snow. It can take up to an hour to summon them depending on the area. The further it is from him, the weaker it is.
♥ He can manipulate the environment to create snow, hail, and cold rain mix with snow storms. Range of one mile diameter and immensely draining depending on whether he has to forge all the elements or if the storm is naturally occurring and he's simply directing it.
♥ He can create and control statues of ice as if they were living beings so long as they stay within ten feet of him. They are subject to heat and temperature as any natural ice.
♥ During winter, his control expands to 2 miles in diameter.

Cannot do
♥ He can't make winter time come earlier then Mother Nature plans for it. That is why his powers don't reach outside of a mile range when it isn't winter time.
♥ Though Water is snow and ice. He can't control it unless he turns it into mist, fog, ice, or snow before hand.

♥ He can't bring a dead Carousel animal to life or bring life to a Carousel animal that magic hasn't touched yet.

♥ These spirits act as they had in life; for instance, animals are capable of movement and learning new information.
♥ She can also talk to these spirits and is the only one who can see them. With non-sentient beings, she communicates with mental images and sensory detail.
♥ She can use her spirits to warn others of danger by using her power so another can see them glowing a bit. Only if within the 5 Acres in diameter unless they are attached to Rikki herself. If they are attached to Rikki then they can warn others if they are within 8 acres of Rikki in diameter.

Cannot do
♥ She can't control spirits against their will.
♥ She can't take control of someone's spirit if they aren't willing to let her. Not that she tries seeing she is a loving soul and hates the thought of controling someone.
♥ Spirits in the plane of the dead she has nothing to do with.
