Ringing in ears after masturbation?

So this doesn't happen all the time, but when I really want to masturbate (orgasm 3-5 times in a row) I get this ringing in my ears after I stand up and all other sounds around me are muffled. It can go on for about a minute and then eventually fade away (running my hands under cold water seems to help speed up the process of ending the ringing for some reason). I was just wondering if this is kind of normal? Or if I should be at all concerned? It feels as if I'm going deaf when it happens and it's pretty bothersome. u.u

Same thing happens to me sometimes! One time it was so bad I could barely hear anything. I have no idea why it happens though.
