Kekkei Genkai Jutsu:

After establishing direct contact with their opponent through a simple punch, the user utilizes Explosion Release to subsequently generate an enormous explosion from the initial point of physical contact. This explosion is powerful enough to completely obliterate an opponent far larger than the user. Due to the directionality of the blast, the user minimizes any potential repercussions, such as being struck by resultant debris and even recoil appears to be completely negated. In the anime, Gari is able to use the technique on the ground to create a shock wave of upturned earth and debris to throw the enemy off balance.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute them self with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any Jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Kai is a Ninjutsu which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed hand seals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
• Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique - B rank - Trained
Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows, though even then it may not be enough, as evident when during the Fourth Shinobi World War a few more notable clones of Naruto took heavy hits but didn't disperse. The clones can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed.
Taijutsu:

Seen in both the manga and anime used by Rock Lee, the user wears massive weights on their legs to gain higher speed through training as well as the endurance to take advantage of that speed once the weights are removed. When they are removed the user’s speed is increased by the extreme (1 rank, Gennin gets Chuunin speed etc.) This is incredibly important for Setsuna because he relies so much on being faster than his opponent. Technically speaking this ‘technique’ is always active and then deactivated when the weights are removed.
•Shuujukuhan - Skilled Seals - B Rank - Custom - Trained
This technique is simply a very difficult form of hand seals, where in the user only preforms one half of the hand seals. For example they would only preform the seals with their right hand. This is very difficult to master not only because it is a lot harder to mold chakra properly but because some of the seals which require both hands are hard to replicate with only one hand.
Doujutsu:
• Watarugan - Extended Sight – B Rank – Custom
A simple eye technique developed by Setsuna it simply extend the users vision in a straight line, acting as a form of zoom, note he can control which eye or both it is active in. The eye itself doesn’t change much with the technique active, the iris will extend back to cover most of the whites and the pupil will dilate and expand depending on the range he’s looking at. Utilizing this ability the user can see up to 2 miles away.
Kenjutsu:

A simple Kenjutsu technique for archers, this is simply the training to fire up to three arrows from a bow at once and alter their paths upon leaving the bow by placing them at different angles along the bows length allowing them to fly at up to a 45 degree angle, for example if the two outside arrows are going to fly straight or at slight angles. This dose not give the archer the ability to control the arrows in flight, only their trajectory when leaving the bow. For Setsuna this can be quite useful as it allows him to fire more of his special arrows at any given time. Though obviously with utilizing more arrows at once he will have the problem of much higher chakra costs. It should be noted that the more arrows used the greater the accuracy penalty is to the user.

This technique allows Setsuna to create an arrow out of his chakra alone and fire it. However it goes further then that, Setsuna has learned to turn his techniques into arrows. With this Jutsu he must simply preform the seals for the Ninjutsu Technique and the technique will then take on a chakra based appearance similar to the technique. For example with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu Setsuna will preform the seals and then create the arrow on his bow, then fire it at a target, on impact it will create the shadow clone allowing Setsuna to create the clone at range. With a technique such as Katon Dai Endan, the fire attack would explode in a fireball on impact.
•Fuinjutsu Shageki - Fuinjutsu Firing - B Rank - Custom - Untrained
This technique allows Setsuna to create an arrow out of his chakra alone and fire it. However it goes further then that, Setsuna has learned to turn his techniques into arrows. With this Jutsu he must simply preform the seals for the Fuinjutsu and the technique will then take on a chakra based appearance similar to the technique. For example with his Contact Binding technique Setsuna will preform the seals and then create the arrow on his bow, then fire it at a target, on impact it will spread the seal either on a surface or a target, from their it would work to the normal limitations of the technique.
Summoning Jutsu:
• Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Summoning Technique – C Rank
The Summoning Technique is a space–time Ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly. Before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract comes in the form of a scroll, on which the contractor uses their own blood to sign their name and place their fingerprints and once signed it is valid even after the contractor’s death as long as the contract itself remains intact. After this they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mold their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be. It should be noted that anyone can summon a contracted animal as long as they have the blood from someone who has made a contract, the seal of the summoned creature, along with a source of sufficient chakra that the summon will accept. A creature is capable of determining who is attempting to summon it from the chakra used. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village.
Fuinjutsu:
• Sesshoku Soutei - Contact Binding - C Rank - Custom - Untrained
A simple binding seal it can be set on the ground or on the target. On the ground it can cover anywhere from a 1foot to 6foot diameter around the user, once stepped on the individual or individual's who stepped on it will be bound in place though the seal will not spread to cover them. In this form the binding isn't as strong and a significant force could theoretically break out on strength alone, otherwise the seal on the grounds must simply be destroyed to release the technique. This can be as simple as a single line being disrupted. As a contact seal it is more powerful, though the user must keep contact with the target or it will wear off. On contact the Jutsu will activate and a large pattern of rope like marking will appear across the target's body. Without the users constant chakra these will only bind the target for a short time. (2 posts) if the user can regain contact within that time they can then continue the technique at full strength. Note a third party can easily dispel the contact seal through the use of Kai, this also works for the ground seal however since those trapped inside will be unable to move an outside party will have to free them.

Clothing: The top piece of his robes displays a similar cross pattern in the front as it does on the back which is where it is buttoned. The bottom robe dose circle all the way around to the front where its split is, underneath he wears a simply set of red wide pants that blend into his robes to make them almost indistinguishable while allowing for movement. He wears a traditional wooden sandal with long white socks for his feet. His kunai holster as well as his auxiliary pouch is hidden on the back side of his waist hidden by the sash. He wears one earring in his left ear. The robes themselves are similar to traditional Japanese archer robes with Setsuna’s own twist as described above.

Setsuna’s unique bow he created it with the help of the village weapon maker. The bow itself is summon-able by a tattoo on Setsuna’s left wrist; the summoning still requires blood however. The summoning is also done slightly differently, instead of a cloud of smoke the weapon seems to fade into existence as if it had always been there in microscopic pieces, Setsuna chose this method because the smoke would obscure his vision for a second or two and may give his position away, the bow is also incredibly durable and capable of blocking most weapons without fear of damage. The bow its self has three unique abilities as follows. •The ability to conduct the user’s chakra as well as their elemental natures. •The ability to summon any of his special arrow’s, as well as normal arrows, in the notch position in much the same way as the bow is summoned the blood for the summon is always there by a small set of extremely short nearly invisible needles constantly stabbing into Setsuna’s palm, the needles do no real damage to him and simply allows for blood to be easily placed on the weapon. •Kagedan can also become more or less elastic, the user controls this by pushing chakra into the bow and focusing it to the proper points this allows the bow to fire with a lot more power than a bow would normally be capable allowing for extremely long range shots up to 1 mile away.

Made of the same materials as Asuma’s knuckle knives these arrows are designed to easily draw on a user’s chakra to create a more powerful effect. The metal is used not only for the head of the arrow but also for the shaft allowing it to cover the entire arrow though it does make them slightly heavier than normal arrows.
•Seishaya – Arrow Volley – C Rank – Custom - Trained
The arrow itself is mostly unremarkable, it simply has a summoning seal placed on it, that when contacted with blood and chakra summons a large quantity of arrows. Like his other special summoning’s these will seem to rapidly fade into existence. In combat Setsuna will use this by summoning the arrow to his bow, and then wiping blood on it before firing. Just as the arrow is firing he will add the chakra through the bow, then in the air it will summon approximately 30 arrows next to it in a large volley. The arrows themselves will be somewhat spread out from the original covering about 10 yards in every direction so that there is virtually no open point to escape through. And as the summoning was performed in flight the arrows will follow a perpendicular trajectory to the original while maintaining its speed forcing them to stay uniform and impact simultaneously.
• Kantsuuya – Piercing Arrow – A Rank – Custom – Untrained
A unique arrow designed with a spiral shaped tip, in the air the arrow will spin increasing its penetration power to the maximum. The arrow is also made of metal’s allowing for chakra to pass through it. Without chakra alone this weapon comes close to the power of Chidori in terms of penetration, with lightning chakra added in it equals the penetration on power of Chidori.

Background:
~Early life to Gennin~
Born in the land of iron his father Chiron was a samurai, and a skilled one at that. Though Setsuna only knew him for a short time of his life he greatly admired his father’s sense of honor and dignity and now emulates himself on them. Setsuna’s mother Anko took Setsuna from the Iron country when she first discovered he had the ability to use Bakuton fearing that the samurai would never accept someone with ninja blood. In truth Anko had been the one to pass on the bloodline even though she had never had any skill with it. Setsuna was nine years old when he was forced to leave his home; they made a new start in Sunagakure however Anko was not long for the world. She developed a serious heart condition when Setsuna was only twelve just and his mother died just as he became a Gennin.
~Gennin to Current~
Setsuna had a hard time dealing with his mother’s death, he had to make the choice of whether or not to abandon the village he had come to love or to stay and fight for it. He chose to stay and become strong so that he could protect it. Over the next 4 years he was placed into his first squad and they worked as a normal squad dose eventually taking the Chuunin exam. They made it to the final stage but Setsuna failed in the tournament not being particular specialized to close range or individual combat made things difficult. Now with his squad mates Chuunin he is forced to integrate into a new squad and work alongside them to try for a second time at becoming a Chuunin.
