Restaurant jobs have always been a interest of mine. I wait tables at an IHOP and the WORST feeling is a table stiffing you, when they run you like crazy. I feel like, if you cant tip your waiter/waitress giving you good customer service at 2.13 an hour; by all means stay home and make a microwaveable tv dinner. It's understandable if your waiter/waitress isn't getting your refills, bringing your food, or taking care of you in anyway. but for those of us that do, being stiffed shouldn't even be an option. Servers are supposed to be compensated by the company they work to make at least minimum wage if business is slow. But IHOP, and many other places do not compensate us for any money lost. What do you think about tipping at restaurants?
