Summanus/Noir's BCR RP Contest [Closed!]

[II Necromatic II] Summanus: The daddy. Summanus is quite agressive and headstrong, though he thoroughly enjoys teasing other foxes. He hates being told what to do, and is pretty much of the opinion that nothing really belongs to anyone. He takes anything that he likes, but at the same time can be generous when he chooses. He wants to make sure any spawn of his can hold their own, so don't expect any coddling. Deep down he cares a lot...he just doesn't know how to express that.


[demon~hybrid] Noir: Mother. She used to be quite the loner, until Summanus wandered into her life. Noir steals and has quite the collection of jewels, gold, and other human artifacts she has gotten her paws on. Because of this, she's very possessive and untrusting of most strange foxes.


[II Necromatic II] Veronica: Half-sister via Summanus. Thoroughly enjoys messing with others, and manipulating them into practically giving her what she wants. Real flirty with both guys and gals, despite being hetro. She just likes making them squirm. Get's her thieving tendencies from her father, but for her it's more about the actual act of stealing from others, so you can expect to find whatever's been taken lying around in the mud a few days later. Has a pension for framing others, just to watch their reaction. A guilty pleasure of sorts.


[demon~hybrid] Rouge: Half-sister via Noir. Unlike her mother, Rouge is fairly dependent on company. She loves being with others and, more importantly, using others to her advantage. She's a bit of a manipulative flirt.


[demon~hybrid] Zéphine: Younger sister. She likes to be the brains of any and all operations. Though not the strongest or fastest, Zéphine is capable of thinking on her toes.


[II Necromatic II] CuSith: Younger brother.

Mood: Direct
Personality: Qamra doesn’t really hold anything back; she lets you know what she feels about you or what’s on her mind whenever she wants. She loves getting into fights whenever she gets bored or causing trouble on the off days where fighting isn’t exciting. Qamra is also pretty arrogant over the fact she’s a daeva and some times over her skills and often or not when talking to people she’ll come out as snippy or sarcastic.
Prompt Reply:
They had finally gotten permission to go along with Father and mother on a heist; it was a chance to show that Qamra was awesome and could steal just as well as they could… however of course, there just had to a little snag in Qamra’s plan. Qamra let out a disgruntled look, she so wanted to give a piece of her mind to her parents. All the little kits where hellions in their own right and perfectly capable of watching over themselves so why in the world as the oldest was she watching over them. They were Daeva for pity sake and If anything offed them, it would be her siblings own fault. AS the eldest it should be her time to show off her skills and prove she was quite capable.
She looked over at her siblings again and just stared at them. They looked none too pleased at being looked after as well. That was good, maybe she could show her awesomeness by using… ah working with them. Even though normally she preferred doing things on her own. Others just often or not got in your way and slowed you down… which was totally awful. She stared at them long and hard enough that she got looks of protest back from her siblings.

So the question was how to use them effectively? Well Zéphine was goo with plans and being the brains. While Qamra could come up with her own ideas pretty much it was always easier to get brilliant awesome ideas from someone else, saved on the work. Then there was CuSith. He would probably be the one glitch in her plan. Her little brother was a bit of a loner and didn’t like working with others. She half wondered why he had even come along. Ah that was right, his crippling need for material things, or whatever. Maybe she could talk with Zéphine about an effective way in which to utiliz- she meant work well with her younger sibling.

Yeah they could totally steal something else and show their parents they were daevas and perfectly fine of showing how awesome they were. She was certain that her siblings would go along with it right?

Mood: Sly

Personality: Loves nothing more to sneak up on others and rob them blind. Be it shiny baubles or their last crumb, it doesn't matter; what matters is Victoria can and will take it from you. She wants her parent's approval, even if just a small smile, and is constantly trying to improve her skills.

Prompt Reply:

Victoria was nearly vibrating with excitement; this was her first heist ever! She knew she needed to be quiet, stealthy, and aware, but she was still a kit, and doing all three of those at once was pretty hard. Still, Victoria was going to show her mother and father how great she was a stealing.

Following in her mother's footsteps, Victoria snuck quick peeks at her brother, CuSith, and her sister, Zephine, wondering if they were as excited as she was. The little kit was so lost in this thought, she almost ran into the back of her mother's paw when they stopped, overlooking the human settlement Mama had targeted for the heist. They were supposed to be taking a golden necklace with inset emeralds and diamonds. The human who owned the bauble was normally by herself at night, and tonight was no exception as they watched the male human leaving.

The plan was for Victoria, Zephine, and CuSith to distract the human female and lead her away from her den, lose her in the forest, and circle back to learn how to sneak in, find their target, and get out. As part of their lesson, Mama and Papa had left the planning of luring out the human up to the three of them.

Zephine had come up with the idea: One of them scratches and whines at the door and the other two hide in the forest making pitiful noises. The human, wanting to help whatever poor animal was out there, follows the sounds into the woods. The two kits that were crying would move all around the forest while the first kit 'leads' the way and gets the human completely lost. Then the single kit sneaks away while the other two simply go silent, and the three of them meet up and head back to their parents. The three of them had played the choosing game, and Victoria had won the spot of luring the human out of the door.

Their caper met with mixed results. Victoria and her siblings were able to lead the human female off and were even able to get back to their parents to find the necklace. However, they took too long losing the human and, in the middle of their heist, the other human burst in and chased them off with some kind of loud weapon. Victoria was sure that Mama and Papa could have taken the human, but they had decided to get their kits out of danger instead. And then lecture all three of them on what went well and what didn't. Victoria sighed, oh well, better luck next time.

Name: Laverna
Mood: Naughty
Personality: Laverna is a thief, liar, manipulator, and proud. She's a woman who cares little for others needs other than those close to her, focusing primarily on what she wants and how she gets it. Gain her trust and love and you'll find that she's horribly protective of you and willing to sacrifice others simply for you. She flips between many personalities to acquire what she desires, sometimes forgetting who she honestly is behind all these masks.

Prompt Reply: Despite the fact this was their first heist the small kit showed little emotion as the three kits followed after their parents. Her tail flicked calmly in thought as she kept to her sisters right, occasionally glancing towards Zéphine with interest as she spotted her sister in thought. Good. Perhaps she'd have a plan by the time they reached the area.

Laverna was perfectly capable of creating a plan, hosting the ability to manipulate at such a young age. However, she left most heavy thinking to her sister mostly because Zéphine liked to be the brains. Sometimes, when the two felt like acting as partners they'd plot together. Today was not one of those days. Laverna wanted to act today, not think. She wanted to play, though not in the same way as her combative brother, CuSith. She wasn't a fighter. She used her words to get what she wanted, that or quick movements. Rarely her claws. That was her brother and fathers job.

She was perhaps the most like Veronica, her half-sister. Later in her live Laverna would flirt, though only to make others obey her properly. She was a manipulative one, for sure.

Her sister began to speak, Laverna's ear flicking as she listened intently. Ah? Humans. Of course. Dim-witted beings at best, they had a habit of stopping to admire things and giving their full attention to things they shouldn't be. Easily distracted, which was the plan. Laverna and CuSith would acquire the item while Zéphine did the distracting. Wonderful. Noir and Summanus would be around to take care of things if need be. Mother had mentioned she would be fine with sneaking in with the two kits, just in case. Fair enough.

So, it began. Zéphine limped off into the clearing where humans rested within strange objects (chairs). It didn't take long for them to clamber over to her, cooing and wailing about the poor kit before, suddenly, the kit limped off, leading the two to follow after the child in worry. Perfect. CuSith had seemed to be rather testy for a bit, however with little prodding Laverna and her brother slipped through the open windows of the large house and allowed their larger mother in through the door once they somehow managed to open it.

CuSith had been the first to find something worthy, having found a woman's room and claiming jewelry. Laverna slipped past him and nabbed cloths for their den, shiny and sparkling, weird gems attached to them. Noir, the experienced thief, actually got the best haul, slipping out the house with her two kits trailing behind, both of their heads held high. Then chaos ensued.

The sound of their fathers loud snarl frightened Laverna at first, not expecting him to barrel out of the woods with Zéphine dangling from his jaws. The kit was unharmed, though looked shaken. Humans followed behind, screaming and yelling and swinging items Laverna determined as dangerous by the way Noir protectively flicked her wings over the two kits. CuSith was snarling and growling under his mothers wings while Laverna began to discard items from her tail and wings. Items meant extra weight, and since Laverna and her siblings couldn't fly yet if they weighed to much it could bother Noir. Turning to her bother and whapping him with her tail she began to remove the heavier objects off him, leaving the lighter ones and dragging her bother onto her mothers back when Noir lowered her body, slipping and being pulled back up by CuSith by the neck.

By the time Noir took off the humans were almost inches away from them. Briefly, Laverna wondered why her father hadn't attacked, or her mother, though later Zéphine would explain. Their parents were protecting them, choosing their kits over anything else. This would later burn itself into her brain, birthing a family-orientated trait within her. Anyone willing to protect you and love you deserved your love back. Laverna would never forget her parents protection.

By the time they reached home Summanus was lecturing Zéphine for something. Laverna and CuSith dumped the tiny pile of items they managed to snatch before Noir and received a small lecture on what could have gone better before they were dismissed. That night Laverna woke to Zéphine snuggling into her side, CuSith slightly committed to the snuggle by having his tail flipped over hers, and her parents curled around the three kits.

Hrm. Hopefully next time would be better, but this first heist wasn't so bad.... was it?
