THE TRIAL OF RIKU

Some of you may know me, others might not. I am Wing-chan. The twisted girl with clones of the pairing.

A TRIAL is being held, and an investigation is at the works.

Your mission is to help solve it. Volunteer as a dectective if you wish (pm me if so), orr just simply state who you think did the crime.

Here is the trial:

On Monday February 27, 2006, at 4:30 pm, Riku went missing from Wing-chan's Residence.

Riku had been working at a cafe known as Cat's Call, and seemed to be gaining quite a profit. Inheriting his parents fortune, Riku was a wealthy teen but lived under Wing-chan's roof.
There he was loyal, and loved by her. He had developed a serious relationship with a sweetheart by the name of Sora.

Recent studies show he found unknown cheque's with money deducted from his parents account. Had they been balckmailed? If so, what for?

Trying to discover the answer, Riku invited a series of characters to Wing-chan's house to aid the search,-

-that is before he went missing.

On that day, the suspects who were in the residence were:

Yara Masaki: The lifelong story of the suspect Sora, and what he had to say in the matter.


Sora

An outgoing, cheerful youth who seems to be given the term "Innocent". He's been working at a orpahanage for a year know, and his earnings are mid-ranged.

Living under Wing-chan's Roof, he developed a love relationship with Riku. Nowadays though he seemed to be out a lot, and payed Riku no attention. As well he's having a hard time paying off his own bills.

Study shows he has asked Riku for loans, but never got any. A record shows us he has a history for revenging those who don't fulfill his needs.
He wants to open his own orphanage one day, and suspiciously he's been able to pay his bills at the moment.

Said: I didn't do it!!!! Why would I? I mean...I LOVE Riku, want him more than anything, and it worries the heck out of me that he's missing!!!!! I want Riku back, safe and sound!!!!!! I didn't do it!!!! I didn't do it!!!!!!

Kairi

A quiet girl who observes more than talk. Often thinking and flirting with Sora. She recently has been working as a waitress, earning quite enough profit to meet her needs.

She came to Wing-chan's Residence to help Riku solve the case. History tells us she was never to friendly with Riku, hating him for having Sora. When asked her friends what she's been doing lately they said she was talking A LOT about Riku, and what she wanted to do.

Having already bad publicity about her wanting to be a rich widow, she decided to come and earn herslef a new publicity, one worth showing.

Said: Me?! I didn't do it!!! Sure I hate RIKU but I would never dare harm him, not if it meant hurting Sora. I didn't do it!!! I'm just as shocked as you really!!!!

Evidence against her: Her history of bad headaches- The bottle of Tylenol

Leon

A man who keeps to his mind, wits, and beliefs. He's in his 20's and has been working as a doctor for two years now. Obviously to say his earning are very well.

He has a record for assault. Apparently he had an arguement with Riku not too long ago, and promised he'd get his way.

He came to Wing-chan's Residnece to discuss once more the problem with Riku before he went into dratic measures........

Said: Look I have nothing to do with his dissaperance. I didn't do anything, and that's that. I hated him, yes but did not harm him in any way. So leave me out.

Evidence against him: Missing his gun............

Wing-chan


A young girl attending high school. Having created her clones of Riku and Sora, she allowed them to stay at her house, and allowed the relationship they had, as long as they returned love for her as well.

A history has been shown she's been jealous of Sora, and had a little spat with Sora the day before. Seething with anger at the brunette she would hurt Sora by any means.

Since it was her house Riku invited everyone too, she instantly became the hotstess. Suspiciously enough she's had wire in her room.

Said: I did not do it!!! I did not do it!!!! Sure I was mad at Sora but he's too cute besides you don't think I really meant it do you!!!!!! Maybe you do but I'll say it again I did not harm my/Sora's Riku-kun!!!!!!

Cloud

A man in his 20's who currently been working at a newspaper company. He seemd to have a relationship with Leon, but is a soft one to this moment.

Cloud knew Riku's parents and the forutne they pocessed. He's been interested in inheriting this forutne away from Riku for years. Hisotry shows us Cloud hated Riku for unknown reasons.

He has a hooby to like craft and building.

Said: Psh. I didn't do it, but hey I could care less what happens to Riku. He's always flirting with Leon, and ruining my life at work so it's no sweat to me. But let me state I did not do it, bastards.

Evidence against: The knife he has missing from his kitchen.......

Selphie

A young spunky girl who likes to help others, and frustrate them at times. She recently has been working as an actress on broadway. Her latest musical "Grease".

She's been known to have HUGE flirts with Riku, and has had a scrret crush on him for years. Lately she seemd extra interested in the sliver haired beauty and said she would doo anything for him.

When asked she knew nothing of Sora and Riku's love for one another. She had her doubts but did not want to believe it.

When searching for evidence, police found Riku's other glove on her bed.

Said: Hey hey hey I didn't do it!!!! Maybe Kairi tied him or killed him, but I didn't do it!!!!! I mean he and Sora are much cuter, and I hello like him a lot so why would I want to hurt him?!!! I didn't do it, and -ouch- stop pokng me!!!!!

Yara: Sora, do you promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?

Sora: Y-yes

Yara: All right then. Hun, tell me where were you the night Riku disappeared?

Sora: I was in my bedroom

Yara: Doing what exactly?

Sora: I was waiting for Riku............

Yara: Then it is true you have a relationship with him?

Sora: Yeah that is true. I love him a lot ma'am.

Yara: Hm. I'm sure he loves you a lot too, and that's why if you know anything please tell us.

Sora: -Looks at Cloud- I dunno...anything ma'am.

Yara:: I see. Off to the next question? Did you hear anythign before his dissapearance, or anything at all in that case?

Sora: Let me think. Hm? Hm? Hm? Oh yeah I did hear a gunshot. It seemed to come from the kitchen......since I'm two doors away.

Yara: Really. Hm, so I guess Leon is higher as a suspect now. So you heard a gunshot, did you hear a scream?

Sora: No. All I heard was people running out of their rooms to check the scene and then I went out, but there was no blood....so we all assumed it was a false alarm.........

Yara: Interesting. So tell me why was your glove found at the scene of the crime?

Sora: I don't know ma'am. Honestly I don't.

Yara: Is it true you were mad at Riku for not loaning you money to pay off your bills?

Sora: I was mad but I would never dare hurt him!! Never!

The Judge: SILENCE!

Sora: Yes sir. Sorry.

Yara: Do you understand that is a very big clue, and very suspicous........

Sora: I do...... but I don't know why it was there.....

Yara: I'm gonna be flat with you. I suspect something is up with you and I'll find out what. Moving along, Sora how is it you've been paying your bills without a loan or wage increase?

Sora: Cloud's being helping me. He's been giving me money in exchange I help me at his job.

Yara: Really? Well..that's interesting too. Helping him in what?

Sora: Just helping him.......

Yara: That's not answering the question.

Sora: I have the right to remain silent.

Yara: I see. So Riku's safety isn't that important by the looks of it. I sense no TRUE concern over the matter. You seem pretty calm for the most part Sora.

Sora: I really am worried but I can't......I can't........O forget it!!! You wouldn't understand anyways!!!! You can't!!!! I'm worried to detah about him and that should be enough.........I'm sorry for shouting sir.

Yara: Hm? Do you know if Riku had had a heated argument that night?

Sora: Just with Leon......

Yara: Hm? Do you know where the others were at that time?

Sora: I know Selphie was in her room singing, I could hear her..Wing-chan was in her room writing fanfics and stuff....and umm....Cloud was with Leon...

Yara: Where was Leon and Cloud at the time?

Sora: I don't know...........

Yara: How did you know Leon was with Cloud then?

Sora: Cloud told me.......

Yara: No more questions your majesty. I have enough from Sora to enrich my suspiciosions. You may go Sora.
