Note: I understand that being a member of the Flock comes with certain strict rulings. I am willing to work with the owner of the stallion if they are against any foals being raised within the environment.

Short Summary of their plotline: Where do I begin? *grins* Nekali was born within the flock, became a hunter within their ranks and was pretty much an average member of the Flock as best as she could be. What she didn't know was her half-sister was looking for her, at first to kill her, then later on to turn her into a monster. I'mani 'curses' her, twists her into something she was not. While Nekali never gets skinwalkered, she is lead to believe she is, brought to almost the brink of death and cajoled into killing for pleasure. My hope is to establish a good environment for her to come home to, or at least have a fighting chance after Solemn and I'mani are defeated (if they are defeated) Her feathered sisters, maybe children... each of them will play a role in re-building the broken husk that will be Nekali when she finds herself. I have others to fill in the role if nothing comes of this (or other plots I have set up) but the more connections I have before this occurance, the higher the change Nekali will be able to come back to the Flock.

What is their Personaliy? Nekali is a little rough around the edges but honest and has a kind soul. She can be rather blunt but is fiercely loyal to those she cares about, especially her sisters of the Flock. While she adores children and wanted to be a nanny when she was growing up, she found herself better suited to the hunting and became one of the protectors of the Flock. Nekali has a talent for singing but will never admit to it, preferring to listen to the others during the festivities. She can be quiet around others but is always willing to lend a helping claw to those needed.

Does the soquili have a profession? She is a hunter and guardian within the ranks of the Flock.

What is their family dynamics? (Who will be raising them and how, do they spend time with their grandparents, what friends of the family will they be raised around etc) PLEASE link to people mentioned here/members who will be spending time with them on a positive note/gifting them, as how they shape up involves them as well.

Traditions: The Flock has a few different traditions. Any mares who capture stallions and bring them to the Flock for breeding stock receive a trophy from that stallion. This could be a lock of hair, a feather or a possession of the stallion's. Festivals are quite common in the Flock, too; any excuse to dance is greatly appreciated. In a single year, the Harpies hold 7 official Festivals; that being festivals that happen on a yearly basis. Other festivals/celebrations may be held in the event of a great victory, the strengthening of the Flock, a competition for mares or a parade for stallions.

Herd/Family culture: Females are taught the ways of the Flock from a young age. While most foals are raised by nannies, Vanya chooses to raise her children herself and only sends them to the nannies if she has other duties to partake in or if they have classes they must attend.
When old enough, females choose a job and join the ranks of the harpies.
Males are kept separate from females and are simply taught that women are to be respected and they're simply there because they're useless without the females. Despite holding no rank, most males in the Flock are treated well. When they come of age, a select few may be lucky enough to be selected by a female for breeding or company.

Religious Beliefs: Harpies hold the belief that they are descendants from the Angeni of Birds of Prey and a grounded stallion. They're the result of punishment; the Great Spirits punishing the mare for abandoning her duties to be with a stallion.
Some harpies believe their 'Mother' is still alive, given the almost immortal status of Angenis and this is who most turn to when in danger or simply needing guidance.
The Jubilee Call is a festival held for the Great Mother on the last day of Winter. This was said to be the day she left her children, the first Harpies and went back to her heavenly home. The harpies dance and sing thanks to the mother for a good year.

Short Summary of their plotline: Cinis was raised by a loving and close knit family. Then at an early age age met up with Baba yaga and decided to apprentice under her to learn more of the purpose within her the strange mare spoke of. Not long after becoming a adult she found that purpose. She wanted to become a forest priestess speaking for and helping the forest. Burning out over grown areas, collecting seeds from endangered plants then replanting them in areas they could safely repopulate to regrow the numbers. 
One day she encountered a mare and Cinis shared her unique purpose with her. Together they worked very hard and eventually between them they developed an idea to set them apart from the rest.  Something that was perfectly suited for their lack of manes -"fire dancing". It served two purposes firstly to praise/ask the sprits for favors and secondly to frighten away anyone who might endanger their hard work.
Aside from that at first friendship was all Cinis felt for the mare  but soon she began to have a different feeling . . .a feeling she supposed was only for her to feel toward stallions. 
Only time will tell if the feelings are returned or if she pursues them at all. 

What is their  Personaliy? 
Cinis is a bit of a tomboy! Very driven and sometimes fearless to a fault. Socially out going and positive she is a very inspiring girl. Also she is Very proud of the baldness ( esspecilly now that she fire dances) inherited from her father. 

Does the soquili have a profession? 
Forest priestess/ forest guardian! 
Apprentice to Baba yaga!
Fire dancer!

What is their family dynamics? Cinis's offspring (at least the one that I end up owning for sure) will bring her foal back to her family and though she won't chase the father off no doubt there will be a lack of true love at first thanks to her feelings for lurana (the other mare.) though I won't rule out a romance coming from this of the stallions owner is down for it. 

Traditions:  respect the forest! Love thy family! And aim to be more find your purpose an never let it go!

She believes in all sprits but is partial to forest and nature related sprits. 

Note: In cannon Cinis is far more likely to pair with a bald stallion in char. So for RP/plot purposes I would appreciate it if you select her to keep that in mind.
