As new Kido are added I'll archive them here. They're archived in order of addition rather than numerical order and split into three basic categories.

New Hado

Kido Number: 42
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Kanzen Kakusan (完全拡散: Full Spread)
Kido Chant: “Come forth, thou born of mountain and sky; thou bringer of death who brings greater life. Swift through the stark and famished land ride. Then before it is done, split and divide!”
Appearance: Kanzen Kakusan initially appears as a bright, red orb slightly larger than a basketball
Effects: When thrown, Kanzen Kakusan will, at the user’s discretion, will transfer and disperse its mass into a cone of flechettes with strong penetrative capabilities. Kanzen Kakusan will also activate, if the user has not chosen to do so yet, when it comes into contact with anything.
Flavor Text: Created by a Shinigami who hated loud noises and explosions. He was not confident with using Kido and so created this Kido which though it possessed strong power did not activate one of his innate fears. Its ability to spread over a wide area means that regardless of its non explosive nature the 10th Division loves the Kido as it allows them to effectively rain down penetrative force upon an enemy below. In this formation the 10th squad can show terrifying ability to kill without the threat of harming themselves.

Kido Number: 24
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Suichokuryoku (垂直力: Perpendicular Force)
Kido Chant: “A city impregnable, yet walls are immobile. The city must fall, the walls still remain though. Strike at the city from above and below!”
Appearance: Suichokuryoku is a condensed block of silver energy the size of a refrigerator
Effects: When Suichokuryoku comes into contact with a solid object, it will instantaneously lose half of its spiritual mass. The lost mass will at the same time reform either above or below the solid object, depending on available space and user’s preference, resulting in the target being attacked from two sides at once. If there is not enough space available above or below the target for it to reform, Suichokuryoku will remain the same and simply act as a heavy, blunt impact.
Flavor Text: A Kido developed by Squad 5 who were in their words 'Fed up of people blocking their Kido' and so developed a Kido that though it may not have had the physical force of other Kido was perfect for toppling enemies over and knocking them out. Famously once used by the Captain of the Fifth Division to behead an enemy Arrancar in a single blow through merit of the sheer blunt force of the hit.

Kido Number:
41
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Chikyū no ikari (Rage of the Earth)
Kido Chant: Let the world reap asunder, for the land seeks a blessed form. Deem thee unfit to stay as the world must continue, strike thee as the world separates!
Appearance: Light shines through the ground in glimmering cracks.
Effects The user places their hands onto the ground with palms facing downward as the earth below the user shakes as the minerals and earth below begin to separate. Cracks form in the earth as the separations begins from hairline fractures in the ground to large fissures. The earth shakes as the ground is being split open as crevices begin to form.
Flavour Text: A former captain of the 11th Division decided that he was tired of forcing his opponent to become weak enough for a killing blow. Desiring a quicker end to this battle, he created a Hado designed to disturb the ground and make his opponent lose his balance and defeat him in a moment of weakness. Designing this kido with his large of amount of reiatsu granted him earthquakes, making him known as the Earth-Splitting Conqueror.

Kido Number:
6
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Aoi Umi Sutoraiku
Kido Chant: "Let the tempest rise, the oceans ascend as the farmers pray, the casting of heavens rain down, let their prayers be called"
Appearance: The Kido appears through a vortex of air and water pulled in from their surroundings into the palm of the caster.
Effects A swirling orb of water is formed in the caster's hand and is propelled from the hand by a pulse of reishi, or for a new shinigami, can be used in conjunction with Hado #1 Sho for the propulsion. The attack was not intentionally meant for battle as it was meant to put out fires. However, in battle it's capabilities using the pressure of the condensed orb of water can knock a person back with sufficient power when colliding, or create a diversion.
Flavour Text: A fourth seat was documented to have created the hado. There was recorded fire set in Junrinan district, nearby where the shinigami was posted on a mission and had said in the spur of the moment created the kido to put out flames without harming anyone caught in the blazing inferno. He then immediately taught it to others in case fires were let loose once more.

Kido Number:
#20
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Byakurai Orb
Kido Chant: Lightning bend and lightning twist. Your form complete let none resist.
Appearance: Five branches of the byakurai are cast from each finger which blast out as lightning. These five points are then immediately drawn towards the other hand of the caster and begin to coalesce into an orb of lightning. This orb then begins to slowly float towards a directed target. The orb is pale blue and crackles with electricity.
Effects The Kido in the form of an orb begins to float slowly towards a target. Its' speed is relatively slow and this makes it easy to dodge however due to its' advanced binding it is difficult to dispel and until it hits its' target it is unlikely the spell will break apart unless hit with excessive reiatsu. When it it broken apart it hits with around thirty two lightning branches extending each about three metres in a spherical area surrounding it. Though it is easy to dodge getting hit will do heavy damage. The Kido homes in on a selected reiatsu signature and so it cannot be stopped mid battle. The kido may explode if the reiatsu signature is lost also.
Flavour Text: Hado 20 is a Kido that was created intentionally to be used for sneak attacks and battle control. The Kido Corps found that they lacked an easy to use Hado which could be used effectively for battlefield control. This Kido is commonly used by Squad 1 to make the ground inhospitable for the enemy and keep their enemies on the run.

Kido Number:
#10
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Rapid Fire Sho
Kido Chant: Crush their ribs, break their skulls, snap their spines.
Appearance: The Kido is virtually invisible except for a rapid flash of white emerging from the caster's hand as well as the obvious force it hits the opponent with.
Effects Extremely quickly after casting the first Sho impacts the enemy. After this nine more travel in the same direction with about a tenth of a second worth of time to move between them. Each hit should have around the force necessary to break the guard of an enemy but the real issue is that as it fires so rapidly that is can easily eliminate an enemy's guard before they can regain it and allow an enemy to home in on the enemy and attack with their sword. Casting this Kido however requires that the arm be extended for around five seconds and after casting it is impossible to cancel. For this reason it can backfire in close quarters combat.
Flavour Text: This Kido in an adaptation of the skills of a certain Shinigami who was famous for his talent as using the Sho Kido. He could fire Sho so fast that he could effectively get enemy fighters into a stunned situation. This combined with his ambidextrous fighting style meant he could constantly keep enemies on a defensive. The Kido Corps wanting to copy this technique were able to create a standard and easy to use Kido which could effectively stun enemies. Unfortunately it didn't have the same versatility and so it could be said the Kido Corps failed this time.

Kido Number:
#17
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Ashen Sheath
Kido Chant: Brightly dancing in the night. Both man and beast must see this sight.
Appearance: The blade of the Shinigami casting becomes covered in thick black ash. With the swing of the sword a trail of flames (the colour of which depend on the practitioner) and a crackling sound emerge from the blade. This Kido can be used on any weapon regardless of shape.
Effects As the trail of flames suggests this adds a fire attack element to the blade of the wielder for a limited time period. The fire damage may serve as a deterrent against risky attacks or may be better for holding off enemies weak to fire. When the Kido runs exhausts its' run time period a five minute break must be given to the Zanpakto it was used on as else the sword will weaken greatly and may snap.
Flavour Text: The Kido was inspired by the Tsuzuri Raiden Kido out of the jealousy of electrical Zanpakto users as it essentially meant anyone could hit for electrical damage. As a result of this the Lightning Users Association was briefly founded and they created a total of three Kido. The Ashen Sheath, Blade of the Phoenix and the Bound Miasma Kido. Shortly after they broke up deciding the whole affair had been silly and childish.
Credited to: Pad Chief

Kido Number:
#47
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Bound Miasma
Kido Chant: Claw at your neck and drink at your blood.
Appearance: As the Shinigami traces their hand over the blade purple fumes begin to emit from the blade which slowly float off the sword. When swung the fumes seem to follow the blade more quickly however.
Effects As the sword is covered in a foul smelling miasma it should be an immediate sign that the the weapon has become incredibly dangerous to the health of any Shinigami who comes into contact with it. The sword is for a short time covered in a whole plethora of poisons, noxious gases and micro-organisms which will greatly harm the health of anyone who comes into contact. The miasma only lasts around five minutes however a single hit during this state will have long lasting effects if medical help is not acquired quickly. The Kido can be used safely only around once a day as else the user and the Zanpakto have the potential to become extremely ill.
Flavour Text: Another Kido created by the Lightning Users Association. Argued to be one of the factors that caused their dissolution as it is an incredibly dangerous Kido. It is used most commonly by the 2nd Division and the short lived Black Death Elites of Squad 9 who were infamous for their use of poisonous Zanpakto and Kido and their brutal methods before they had to be disposed of including the Lieutenant and Captain. Although not expressly banned the use of the Kido outside a wartime situation or while stationed outside Hueco Mundo is sure to come under suspicion.

Kido Number:
#72
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Phoenix Blade
Kido Chant: My star descends. My fires die. But tonight life does not end.
Appearance: With the cry of what is presumed to be a phoenix the sword suddenly becomes engulfed in a ferocious flame climbing all the way up to the handle of the sword and threatening to almost engulf the Shinigami holding it. The fire on the blade reaches well beyond the reach of the sword by almost 30 centimetres in all directions.
Effects For an extremely short period of time this Kido causes the entire sword to become consumed with an incredibly deadly fire which even burns the Shinigami's hand. This spell's strength over the Ashen Blade not only comes in its' greatly increased powers but also because it gives the Zanpakto not only regenerative powers but also means that if in Shikai or Bankai form any special attacks of the Zanpakto gain extreme heat in addition to other effects. Although this may backfire with Ice or Water Zanpakto it can serve as a huge bonus to fire Zanpakto as it makes their attacks even stronger. The Kido's great harm to the wielder however makes it virtually unusable as the flames are powerful enough to melt flesh and will weld the wielder's hand to the sword after it ends. Medical attention becomes necessary immediately after use.
Flavour Text: The Phoenix Blade was, for a long time, a banned Kido. Although it was useful the danger in return was so great of welding one's hand to a sword that it could bring Captains and other practitioners out of the battlefield for far too long. The Kido isn't necessarily banned however its' use is not particularly well thought of by the 4th division or 5th division and although it may be learnt currently it must be under supervision from the two divisions.

Kido Number:
#16
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Crash Sphere
Kido Chant: Slam! Smash! Crack! Pow! Everything's gotta break!
Appearance: A small red orb around the size of a basketball which wobbles slightly when touched
Effects The Crash Sphere immediately shoots off the hand of the caster and then hits the nearest surface. After hitting a surface the Crash Ball rebounds but with greater speed and force. As time goes on the Crash Sphere gains velocity up to a maximum of around 200 M/ph and explodes into harmless red dust though presumably after having killed everyone in the room. Although the Crash Sphere technically has mass it doesn't destroy buildings but only harms spiritual beings.
Flavour Text: A fairly new Kido created by the Raid Division. This Kido is used often in hostage situations as if a group fire these into a room though the hostage may be bewildered and even end up with a few broken bones the Raid Division may storm the room while the enemy is caught up with their own broken bones and the red dust covering their eyes. The Crash Sphere has only one confirmed kill against the Goldfish of a leader of a crime syndicate in Rukongai.

Kido Number:
#21
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Incapacitation Nail
Kido Chant: Might each stream, each river, each lake lead you to your downfall.
Appearance: A black point forms on the tip of the casters firing finger and then as it fires very suddenly it becomes a long sharp point which flies quickly towards the point the finger was directed to.
Effects Once fired the Kido intends to burrow itself into the flesh of the victim. While the Kido does not have full piercing properties and gets stuck in flesh it lasts a short while (around ten seconds) after this. From the point then come tendrils which explore the insides with sharp edges that try to increase the bleeding of anyone who it comes into contact with. The intent is that the enemy be weakened through rapid blood loss as this Kido can be fired fairly rapidly and even one hit is sure to greatly weaken an opponent.
Flavour Text: This Kido is an altered version of the Bakudo 'Nail'. Though the creators discarded the idea of creating a Hado out of it the bleeding effects made it potent against humanoid targets and in particular Arrancar who had given up regenerative abilities and dangerous elements among the Shinigami. Thus it was adopted and researched by Squad 2. Its' uses are limited but it is required knowledge for Squad 2 Shinigami as the black colour of it makes it perfect for stealthy assassination.

Kido Number: 49
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Molded Clay
Kido Chant: “You are as the future. Reliable, sturdy. These hands shall mold you as they shape the future. Both too, shall end in a flash of brilliance.”
Appearance: The kido appears as a transfer of energy from the caster’s hand to a block of clay the exact size and shape of a soda can.
Effects: Molded Clay imbues the block of clay with explosive attributes. A block has a blast radius of ten to twenty-five meters, depending on the skill of the user and whether or not the chant was invoke. The kido can also be molded, as the name exists, and safely hammered into cracks and crevices. Detonation of the clay is caused at the caster’s, and only the caster’s, discretion.
Flavour Text: An experimental collaboration between the 5th and the 12th Squad in an attempt to store kido in objects. Although only certain objects with specific parameters were able to hold specific kido, Molded Clay was designated as the most successful due to its stability, a trait most of the others lack. As a result, Molded Clay was most commonly used by Squad 10 for demolitions.

Kido Number: 63
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Full Spread Sphere
Kido Chant: “Arise, you born of sand and sky, you seeker of life whereby greater men die. Shatter upon those who would spew their lies. Then before it is done, severe your ties! ”
Appearance: The kido appears as a transfer of red energy into a hollow sphere of frosted glass, two centimeters thick, the size of a basketball. The glass sphere will fill with the red energy of Kanzen Kakusan.
Effects: When the frosted glass is broken, Full Spread activates by firing its flechettes around it in a radius varying from twenty meters to forty meters depending on skill level and whether or not the chant was used. The blast radius makes Full Spread Sphere only throwable if cover is around or else the user threatens to maim or kill themselves.
Flavour Text: Following the success of Molded Clay, Full Spread Sphere was quickly discovered. While seemingly stable at first, it was soon rediscovered that glass shatters very easily and that Full Spread would activate upon the shattering, killing the researcher who had dropped it and sending the entire room to the infirmary where four others died from their wounds.

Kido Number: 28
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Shell Flare
Kido Chant: “Fire burns, fire burns, fire burns. And so do you.”
Appearance: The kido appears as energy going from the user’s hands to fill up a glass tube reminiscent of a closed 100mL graduated cylinder.
Effects: The glass tube is filled with volatile, liquid-like energy that explodes into flames when disturbed, such as by a change in pressure or physical impact. It is a hard kido to store due to its nature and is as liable to set an enemy on fire as it is to set its user on fire because he sat down too quickly.
Flavour Text: Accidentally discovered by a 12th Squad researcher working on the nature of kido and spiritual fluid with his graduated cylinders, it sparked the mad dash for the search of objects that could be imbued with kido.
Credited to: ZephyrsBlade

Kido Number: 35
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Shell Blast
Kido Chant: “Explosions are nice, explosions are fun. Everything should explode under the sun.”
Appearance: The kido appears as a transfer of energy from the caster’s hand to a hollow ball of clay the size of a baseball.
Effects: Shell Blast is a simple explosive imbued-kido that explodes when dropped, thrown, stepped on, when other things explode near it, etc…
Flavour Text: After the debacle with Full Spread Sphere, the 10th Squad showed a tremendous interest and began to work together with the 5th and 12th Squads on Shell Blast. The 10th Squad’s help provided a new perspective, interesting perspective to the research and Shell Blast was soon honed to its current state. As such, it has become a staple to the 10th squad’s arsenal.

Kido Number:
37
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Descending Flames
Kido Chant: Cast down thine eyes and drown in flame.
Appearance: The Kido when cast at first appears as a flame which eventually dies down until turning into a solid orange orb. This orb can then be placed in the ground by pushing it into a surface where it will lie just under the ground. When it is stood on three bolts of flames fired in quick succession will head towards the enemy.
Effects Once stood on flames descend from around ten metres above the target and quickly descend towards the target. Each burst of flames is directed towards whoever stood on the Kido and has a small amount of homing ability and the shots will curve slightly to make sure they hit the target as well as attempt to predict where the one who stepped on it will be by the time it fires. Most effective in surprise attacks.
Flavour Text: Created by a member of Squad 10 who said that their mines weren't working because everyone could just fly and walk over them. Has since become a staple of Squad 10 minefields. Using this Kido makes is one of the factors that makes it impossible to fly over Sereitei minefields and is why they must be either walked around or disabled.

Kido Number:
#44
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Jellyfish Garden Bomb.
Kido Chant: I'd like to be. Under the sea. Stuck between hundreds of explosives. In the waves.
Appearance: This Kido appears as a large yellow orb that glows with a faint yellow light around a metre cubed spherically. Attached to the bottom are three faint yellow lines which put it on the ground. These seem to vary in length greatly depending on how high the Kido need be. The Kido glows faintly in the night.
Effects The Kido creates a yellow orb which is attached to the ground by way of a faint thin yellow string. The Orb is strongly effected by the wind in swinging side to side but it seems impossible to sever the links connecting it to the ground and the only ways of countering it are to either cause it to explode from a safe distance or to fly over it as it takes actual physical contact for the Jellyfish Garden Bomb to go off.
Flavour Text: Originally a Bakudo for lighting up dark rooms when there were no lights available in the Sereitei a squad ten member saw it and filled it with explosives. The next day when another squad member tried to turn it out he found himself little more than a red mist and some splattered body parts along the wall.. The squad 10 member was arrested but his Kido was introduced into the use of the Squad 10 demolitions groups and so he was pardoned but unable to ever gain a seated position.

Kido Number:
27
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Mutilator Mine
Kido Chant: Walk gently, the ground does not receive you and I reject you.
Appearance: A small blue orb appears in the hands of the Shinigami who casts this Kido. This orb can be then placed into the ground where it will stay. Once it is activated it will let out a blast of blue energy
Effects Once the Kido goes active it lets out a blast of blue energy which has enough force to blast both legs of a Shinigami clean off and will more than likely do the same to anything else that steps upon it. This would happen with other limbs and extremities also but assuming it is the legs which are placed on the mine this would be the case.
Flavour Text: An early Squad 10 collaboration with Squad 5. The squads wanted a Kido that could be used to keep enemies off the ground so they remained easy targets for a barrage of squad 5 Kido. It was decided that the punishment of losing limbs was plentiful for most invasions and this would be an effective Kido however its' lack of effect against Arrancar invasions caused Squad 10 to rethink and they have since pioneered two more powerful versions of the Kido.
Credited to: Pad Chief

Kido Number:
56
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Dominator Mine
Kido Chant: The ground departs and your body with it. Death comes not to the wary but to the foolhardy.
Appearance: This Kido it virtually identical to the others in the series of Mines but instead of being a blue orb it is a purple orb which causes a purple explosion once stood on.
Effects Once activated after being placed underground the Kido lets out an enormous purple explosion. This explosion is usually enough to kill anyone without heavy protection and even with the protection of something like a hierro heavy damage will unmistakably occur. Taking no damage when caught in this Kido is literally impossible.
Flavour Text: A more powerful version of the Mutilator Mine. This Mine is most commonly used by the Squad 10 demolitions teams to set up minefields when expecting an Arrancar attack. Famously used in the defence of the Rukongai when the Arrancar Atonio Kiralottto challenged the Captains of the Sereitei to a duel. He stood on this mine as he exited his garganta and hasn't been seen since.

Kido Number:
83
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Ruins Mine
Kido Chant: The Earth cracks, the mountains shake, let all the Earth bare witness and judge my power.
Appearance: Much alike to the other Mine Class Kido it appears at first as an orb in one's hand but this time of a purple colour that phases in and out of visible light waves. The kido is unstable and the resulting explosion covers about a mile of distance and is deep black with a purple outline that disappears and reappears.
Effects The huge explosion that results from the buried orb consumes everything in that distance reducing it to little more than ash and creating a crater below itself. This Kido will kill anything that gets caught in the blast radius provided they fail to use protective measures. Even so protective measures will leave victims heavily damaged and immediate medical attention is necessary.
Flavour Text: The last Kido ever created by the tenth division collaboration project with the 5th squad. When it was first tested it killed most of the members of the tenth squad and destroyed both their barracks and nearly reached Squad 11. The Kido spell was found on the body of the Captain of the squad who had just about managed to stay alive. Although an important Kido it is hardly ever used as its' destructive power is far too difficult to handle and accidents with the mine are quite likely to happen.

Kido Number:
2
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Sharpening
Kido Chant: My soul entrusted to my sword. Stand hand in hand and receive one another.
Appearance: The Kido has little visual appearance save for a silver lining around the blade or weapon of the Shinigami casting it that is virtually invisible.
Effects The Kido reinforces the sharpness of the user's weapon when cast. This Kido technically only works on bladed weapons though in theory it could be cast on blunt weapons though it is unlikely to increase the damage caused as this Kido intends.
Flavour Text: This Kido was created by a member of the first division while out on a mission where their sword had become almost completely blunt. Using this he was able to escape along with the new Kido. It is required learning for most Shinigami as it can save their lives when their sword is not given time for regeneration.
Credited to: Pad Chief

Kido Number:
3
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Static Grip
Kido Chant: With each step, with each move, grow.
Appearance: The Kido appears as electricity crackling contained within the hands of the users. When cast they must rapidly rub their hands together while either saying the name of the Kido or the chant for the electricity to begin appearing.
Effects Once cast the Kido contains itself in the hands of who ever cast it. It will stay there until the caster puts their hands to another spiritual being and allows the Kido to go into the enemy. The Kido doesn't do extremely heavy damage to the outside of the body however it does small damage to the inside and scrambles the nervous system for a time. Thus though it is not powerful it is still potent.
Flavour Text: This Kido was made by a 5th Squad member who had been researching the acidic touch of hollows. Deciding that she wanted also to be able to touch and harm enemies like the hollows she devised a Kido for this very purpose. Originally it was supposed to be poison but as Kido in that area was extremely difficult that idea was put aside. Instead this Kido arose. It is rumoured that the original creator is now a vaizard.

Kido Number:
5
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Ignite
Kido Chant: Rise to the heavens, rise to the heavens and then fall down.
Appearance: The Kido manifests as a small red shot of flame which travels quickly towards a target. It is cast by pointing a finger at the enemy and reciting the chant or the Kido name.
Effects Ignite is not a particularly useful Kido for sheer power. Where its' power lies is in the fact it can cause virtually any spiritual material to ignite with a small fire and on materials that would spread flame and ignite usually causes the fire to grow and spread. For example if fired at skin it would cause light burns on that part of the body as well as a persistent flame until put out but if fired at the robes of a Shinigami it will burn the robes up and likely take the Shinigami with it.
Flavour Text: The Kido was originally created as a method of executions by fire. Since then it has passed down into main use but may still be used to execute rogue Shinigami or large bands of rogues. This version is still a modified version as the original was considerably slower whereas the version used by Shinigami manifests almost like a bullet.
Credited to: Pad Chief.

Kido Number:
7
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Buster Blast
Kido Chant: Separating souls, binding new ones. The path becomes clear.
Appearance: The Kido is completely invisible however when cast the user must have their palm on an object or person. The Kido only requires one hand to cast.
Effects The Kido releases a huge pulse of energy that displaces objects and can be used to smash down non reinforced walls. It is intended for use by Shinigami on objects that might impede their progress such as walls. It can however be used on people too and is sure to break bones and do damage. It is considerably weaker against Arrancar however due to their Hierro.
Flavour Text: The Kido is credited to the 10th division though in reality it's the creation of a Squad 2 member who went on to become a Squad 10 member. Although a successful assassin their face was well known as their method of assassination involved barging through the wall and then announcing their presence. To say the least they weren't quite assassin material.

Kido Number:
8
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Octablade
Kido Chant: Lost fingers, lost toes, where do they all go?
Appearance: The Octablade appears as a greenish yellowy hue of purple eight sided disc. This disc then is chucked by the Shinigami who has created it by clapping their hands together. The Octablade then flies off and homes onto a target.
Effects Once Cast the user appears with a eight sided disc in their hands. The user then throws the disc which will change its' direction once so it is more likely to hit an enemy at the start of its' flight. If the disc hits it will cause cutting damage and against seriously weaker opponents it can cut them clean in half.
Flavour Text: Nobody is quite sure who created the Octablade only that a lot of people who use it have come to hate the creator. The Kido is extremely sharp even against the caster and if one throws it incorrectly they can very easily cut their fingers off or give themselves deep cuts. Though not an advanced Kido the Kido Corps advise extreme caution while using it.

Kido Number:
9
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Hail Strike
Kido Chant: Flows like water and crash like the skies.
Appearance: When this Kido is cast the user puts their palm to the sky and then sweeps down with their hand which causes sharp icy crystals to descend from the sky in a line of about six meters.
Effects The Kido causes sharp ice to fall from the sky in a line which will cause bleeding damage and freezing wounds to anyone caught in that line. The Kido is however useless against opponents surrounded by great heat and will be turned into far less dangerous water or steam.
Flavour Text: Hail Strike is a Kido made for the 2nd Division. It is used in assassination missions when there is heavy rain or hail as an experienced caster can go undetected while using it. It is not always useful for close up battle as most Shinigami know to roll out of the way of it.

Kido Number:
13
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Grey Quake
Kido Chant: I have decimated over a thousand bugs, unknown to death, nor known to life.
Appearance: The Kido has little visible appearance although it causes a faintly visible wave of grey reiyoku to blast out in a circle. This is done by stomping one's foot on the floor.
Effects Once one stomps their foot on the floor while casting the Kido a blast of grey energy explodes in a circle around their feet. This grey circle is likely to blast opponents off their feet and becomes more and more powerful the closer it is used to an enemy. If used to attack a specific body part on a floored opponent it is likely to squash it completely.
Flavour Text: A Squad 1 and 11 Kido mostly. Some of the Squad 11 members like to cast it continuously as they charge at enemy bases on foot as it makes it impossible for enemies to even stand. Potentially it could be even stronger if it was used during a dropkick from an aerial assault and a Kido has been researched to create this effect.

Kido Number:
14
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Dark Stone Shard Blaster
Kido Chant: Shatter and smash. A black rain descends.
Appearance: The caster creates a small black orb in their hand which brings mud and earth towards it for around a second to form a second core orb on the inside. Once this is done it is solidified and dark blue homing shots of reiyoku mixed in with solid material are fired at an enemy.
Effects Once cast the Kido draws solid material to itself. (usually mud or soil though anything is possible) After this the material is consumed for spiritual energy to imbue homing properties. This takes about a second in total. The Kido is then fired which causes around five light homing shots in the direction of an opponent. Each hit does light damage but combined they can be devastating.
Flavour Text: This Kido is a creation of the 7th squad above all. It is used often to create heavy cover fire while another team storms an area. Though it is not very strong against weaker enemies it provides for fantastic cover.

Kido Number:
15
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Digger Bomb
Kido Chant: Lords of steel and mud, guide my shot and cast down my foes.
Appearance: The Kido manifests as a faint green shot of energy which quickly travels into the earth once casts. After this it cannot be seen until a greenish explosion occurs underneath the feet of an intended target.
Effects Digger Bomb is a fast travelling bomb which only operates underground. It is cast by placing one's palm to the ground and then going through the usual motions. After this the Kido will travel from underground towards an unwitting enemy where after a short time it will explode from underneath them bringing the ground crumbling down and doing decent damage to their lower body.
Flavour Text: The Kido was created by a strange union between the 2nd and 10th division. Though their styles are different the 2nd Squad saw that their mines were extremely effective. They asked the 10th Squad if they could together design a Kido that would be good for assassination as well as explosions. At first the test lead to failure but after a Squad 10 member had the idea to make the bomb travel underground the Digger Bomb Kido was born. The only issue with this Kido is that it means the enemy can be certain that the assassination was as a result of a Shinigami.

Kido Number:
18
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Twister Game
Kido Chant: With the blessing of the ever dexterous older brother may my soul be as a twister.
Appearance: The Kido can't truly be said to have any visible appearance although it is immediately obvious if someone casts it as it causes them to rotate extremely rapidly in three hundred and sixty degree spins for around a minute.
Effects This Kido first creates a barrier of wind around the user. It then causes the user to begin rotating in place extremely rapidly until they obtain a final maximum speed which tends to vary based on the build of the user. This Kido intends that the user either extremely rapidly fire Kido while rotating or use their Zanpakto and try to smash into enemies. The Kido can be cancelled by the user at any time but using it too often will probably cause sickness.
Flavour Text: Possibly the last Kido to ever be created by the 11th Division. It was created by a Captain who couldn't be bothered to fully seal his sword and so kept it at a gigantic size. So that he could hit lots of people extremely fast he created this Kido. He is one of the few Squad 11 Captains to not technically have died in battle as he died shortly after from excess vomiting and not obtaining enough nutrients.

Kido Number:
19
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Air Smasher
Kido Chant: Come down, you haughty false king. Come down, and receive your right.
Appearance: The Kido manifests as a grey spear of reiyoku that when approaching an enemy splits into three aiming to hit at the feet, gut and chest. The Kido then dissipates just before hitting and causes three small explosions in those areas.
Effects Once cast the Kido creates a spear which quickly travels towards the enemy before splitting into three parts. When these three parts get close enough to hit they explode. As this happens it weakens the foundation of any airwalking going on in a large surrounding area which should in theory knock enemies out of the sky. It is used to crush air supremacy. It is however fairly easy to dodge as provided it doesn't come into contact or close to spiritual material it will not activate. Thus while near dodges are impossible if one manages to dodge it entirely they will be fine. Thus early, safe dodges are recommended. The Kido does actually do some damage (which is why it is a Hado) and if caught in the explosions the opponent will take some damage.
Flavour Text: This Kido is actually an adaption of an ability once seen in an Arrancar who was particularly dangerous for being able to knock Shinigami out of the sky with their Resurrecion. This meant she sent many Shinigami to their deaths purely by causing them to fly too high and then fall. The Shinigami then saw that this could be useful and so adopted it after they had killed her as a more difficult to perform and less effective Kido.

New Bakudo

Kido Number: 40
Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Mummification Gauze
Kido Chant: Ancient webbing's spiral, glisten in the moon. Mummify your victim, drag them to their tomb.
Appearance: Tight knit projectile webs shoot from the caster's palm in long strides, mummifying the victim in spirals. This web is platinum colored, and the pattern within it, although always thick varies from user to user.
Effects From the inside faces of the gauze radiates pressure that shoots into the victim to bind them and leave them unable to move, the pressure is more intense in patches of the web that are more dense, than loose, this can be controlled by squeezing the palm while ejecting the gauze. The gauze will tightly stick to the victim and be pushed inwards from the pressure to tighter strangulate them. To stop the webs prematurely (and not cover the entire body) the caster can cut the webs from their palms with the use of their forefingers.
Flavour Text: A combative adaptation of the Chiyudo 14 Kido. Pioneered by the Kido Corps shortly after the creation of Chiyudo 14 as, in their own words "It wasn't very effective at holding things down nor was it very good for killing." Famously used against the millipede Arrancar, Adagio Snoillizag to tie all of his legs together and deliver a swift defeat against such a menace to Shinigami.

Kido Number:
11
Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Neiru (Nail or Pin)
Kido Chant: (I'm guessing that low level Kido don't need a chant, but if it needs one I'll think of one.)
Appearance: Not visible
Effects When used the user must point both their index fingers at the intended target. The target is then nailed or pinned (hence the name) to whatever is behind them at the points the user pointed at (say if the user pointed at the targets chest and left shoulder. Those would be where he would be pinned). When pinned it feels as if a heavy object is keeping the opponent down at the two points. This can also be used on objects to make them into projectiles until they hit a surface, but the object must be light enough to move through the air. Higher level shinigami can use this technique on heavier objects. The technique is released when the user points at the same spots or if the target can break out of it through a stronger flow of reiatsu. Higher version of this Bakudo is Bakudo #30.
Flavour Text: This Bakudo was created in the early stages of the Hado System and was used to hold and interrogate enemies before being killed. It is also said that this was used during the Quincy Extermination to learn about their abilities more. Since then the Bakudo has not been used since it has not been needed as of lately. A Hado version of this Bakudo was once experimented on. The Hado was meant to pin the target as well, but this version was used to pin and bleed out the target which makes people think it was meant for hunting, but this was discarded due to its ineffectiveness against Hollows.

Kido Number: #2
Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Crashing Gale
Kido Chant: The gale yet small, bids the tower fall. Look upon devastation wrought. Is this truly what I sought?
Appearance: This Kido manifests in the form of an invisible gust of wind. Though it cannot be detected using the eyes it can be felt by those who are hit by it as a wind which binds round their legs and pushes against them.
Effects Crashing Gale is cast by holding the index finger to the wind and reciting the chant or using the activating energy for it. Once Crashing Gale is cast a wind picks up coming from the back of the enemy and heading rapidly towards their legs. When it comes into contact the wind wraps around their legs weakening their balance and throwing the target to the floor. However if an enemy is moving at super sonic speeds it is probable they can out run this Kido. Furthermore the Kido's short lasting nature makes it useful only as a surprise attack for which reason the chant is essentially not usable as it eliminates the element of surprise. The Kido cannot be used on parts of the body higher than the shins.
Flavour Text: One of the earlier Kido. When used in battle between two Shinigami who cannot outrun the spell or do not possess the balance to resist it battles can become extremely slow. The Kido was accidentally created when another wind based Kido was accidentally used upsidedown.

Kido Number: 41
Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Satetsu (砂鉄; Iron Sand)
Kido Chant: Thy journey is done, thy night and day are one. Old King, old soles, thou shall bind thee!
Appearance: Spiritual energy forms as small particles of sand which eventually accumulate around the victim’s legs, first from their feet then up to their thighs.
Effects: The sand immobilises the victim’s legs by strongly binding them onto any surface with an iron grasp. It is simply a mass of spiritual energy and thus will not require any terrestrial ground for the sand to bind onto. It can therefore also form whilst the victim is in the air.
Satetsu can be used on multiple targets at once though its power diminishes with numbers greater than 10. Targets must lie within a radius of 20 meters (approximately 66 feet) from the caster.
Flavour Text: Displaced on a troublesome mission to eliminate a gathering of Hollows, or “small fries” as he had called them, a 8th Seat Shinigami decided to immobilise all his enemies in one swift go so that he could enjoy his Sake for the rest of the day.

Kidō Number: 90
Kidō Class: Bakudō
Kidō Name: Reality Distortion
Kidō Chant: "The divine cloth be my shield; the heavenly shard become mine to yield. When the supreme bane is in flight, protect me from the withering blight. Hide me from their perception and free my allies from rejection. Forty-seven blades. Twenty-three oxen. Thirteen wings. Seventy-seven red candles. Fifty-four white pages. Ninety-nine virtues. Reality is bending according to my bidding."
Appearance: The conjurer of the Bakudō will then write inscriptions on both of their arms (similar to the Bakudō #77 Tenteikūra) and then a circular emblem, inscribe within are smaller circles rotating in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, appears before him/her. When the incantation is said, four pillars will appear all at once. These pillars will appear square-like on their positions. This will immediately conjure a massive sphere barrier around those within its confinements. The barrier is essentially transparent and the pillars seem like ancient stones from a long, lost land.
Effects Upon conjuration of the pillars and the sphere, the shield is basically acted. Any type of energy (whether those of Reiryoku, Cero, or Fullbring) will simply "vanish" upon contact of the surface of the shield. This is actually a reality bending caused by the barrier. The shield functions such that the thin layer of energy, which surrounds the pillars and those within it, makes a cut in parallel universes such that the energy-based attacks are shifted to a universe where the original targets are not there; basically, the shield absorbs the energy and transports it into another plane of reality. Strong as may this barrier be, it is ridiculously brittle such that even a knife could shatter it, considering that it is not energy-coated. All physical attacks are vulnerable to the shield, as the force exerted by the attack is not capable of being absorbed.
Flavour Text: It was developed long ago by a former Fourth Division captain Kei Aoi. It was modeled long ago from his Zanpakutō, Falhannah, who was a defense-based spirit. Originally, it was designed to be a Hadō, such power that it actually made a small dent in reality; however, disliking of developing a Hadō of pure power, he instead incorporated it to Bakudō, one that absorbs all strong energy-based attacks and "shoots them through the dent", basically protecting those around the shield.

Kido Number:
22
Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Red Pressure Smoke
Kido Chant: Ten swords, cast in fear. Look upon yourself and fall down in fear.
Appearance: The Kido initially appears as a small red oval that glows. This can then be placed into the ground without having to dig. The Kido sinks down into the ground and flashes red three more times before disappearing. At this point onwards anyway who steps onto the Kido will surely be engulfed in a thick red smoke as well as anything which places itself upon the Kido.
Effects When the Red Pressure Smoke is activated a huge red blast of smoke arises from the ground and extends out in a perimeter of about six metres spherically (the smoke moves in uneven patterns however) in each direction engulfing anyone in the way in the smoke completely. After about ten seconds the smoke dissipates and disappears leaving anyone caught in it unharmed and untouched.
Flavour Text: An adaption of the Kido #21. It was designed first by Squad 2 who found that they had few ways to use Kido to spring traps and so collaborated on a series of Kido which could entrap enemies. The Kido is now mainly used by Squad 10 and 2. In a minefield for example Squad 10 might use this Kido to confuse enemy movement leading them into other more deadly mines without their knowing.

Kido Number: 98
Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Kurokusari (Black Chains)
Kido Chant: "Ye who treads the path of decay and death. Open now your thrashing maw and receive this vessel. Tremble in anticipation. Now and forever. Bind their soul to this realm and end its misery."
Appearance: Summons an array of black chains with a total of four weighted shackles at the ends. Once summoned, the caster must stay in total focus or the chains vanish. The chains will swiftly seek out and and attempt to attach themselves to the target.
Effects Once they grasp onto the target in any way, the chains give off a black aura, which blocks all of the opponent's powers, releases, and contact with their Zanpakuto Spirit for about forty fiver seconds to two minutes, depending on the spiritual strength of the victim. This spell can only be used once in a single battle.

Kido Number: 88
Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Kouchinomaru (Circle of Confinement)
Kido Chant: "Three Circles Broken. Three Circles Bound. Serpents King. Devils Crown. Once your gone. I will have found you."
Appearance: Basically, this spell erects a spherical barrier of immense strength around the target, preventing the victim trapped inside from leaving it and even dissipating most attacks. Can be broken by Hado over #60 or by any physical attack that could break through iron. Noting that physical attacks will take longer to break out.
Effects The barrier acts like a sheer protected iron casing that is invisible, and hard to break, but still breakable nonetheless.
Flavour Text: Created by a former Squad 5 Captain

Kido Number: 76
Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Kokuou no Tate (The King's Shield)
Kido Chant: "Mother, sweet mother, your love never yields. Father, brave leader, raise up your shield!"
Appearance: When activated, this spell creates a massive wall of rock and earth, that rises up from the ground quickly The spells takes one to two seconds to activate, and the rumbling of the earth as the wall raises is enough to knock nearby opponents off their feet. Each wall size is 9x9ft.
Effects If used strategically, it can create a room of four walls. The special properties of this wall makes it resistant to Kido/Cero/Hollow spells, but can be destroyed by blunt force attacks or Zanpakuto releases.

New Chiyudo

Kido Number: 14
Kido Class: Chiyudo
Kido Name: Pressure Gauze
Kido Chant: No Chant
Appearance: as webs oozing from the caster's palms, when spread out it looks like gaudy lace. Webs ooze from out the palm of the caster and spread out into a gaudy lace created in a glistening shade of platinum. The pattern and designs of the webs differ depending on who casts it though it is not impossible that they may be shared.
Effects If spread over a victim it will apply forceful pressure to wherever it is placed. It can be used for packing wounds and keeping uncooperative patients stay down. The webs are a glistening shade of platinum, the thinner the area between each thread of the web, determines gauge of the web. Bigger spaced webs are used for less pressure, the tighter knit spaces are used for more.
Flavour Text: The pressure gauze is one of the first Kido taught to members of the medical divisions. Its' usefulness in the field and in the medical workplace cannot be denied and so it is often assigned as required learning to other team members as well due to its' relative simplicity. The Kido was pioneered fairly early on in the history of Shinigami and was an adaptation of a technique used by a Squad One member whose Zanpakto could produce sticky silk threads to pack his wounds.

Kidō Number: 10
Kidō Class: Chiyudō
Kidō Name: Severing Light
Kidō Chant: "Oh, bright light from the dark depth, blind mankind from coming to the brink of death."
Appearance: Upon conjuring the Chiyudō, a bright green scalpel-like tool appears in the hand of the caster made of pure Reiryoku.
Effects The Chiyudō basically functions like a common scalpel. It is most useful in places where proper medical equipment is not in the vicinity. Since it is made of pure Reiryoku, its "sharpness" can be adjusted according to the amount of energy focused on the ability although no physical changes are visibly seen. Interestingly enough, this means that this Chiyudō may be used for combat or as a mean to defend oneself. However, if the caster happens to "lose hold" of the Reiryoku scalpel, it would cause the blade to disappear in thin air.
Flavour Text: It was one of the earliest developed Chiyudō. Since its function was quite basic, its development started almost the same as the conceptualization of Chiyudō and its merge with common medicine. When Shinigami were on long-term missions on Earth or in emergency situations, this ability was widely used by members of the Fourth Division, particularly those who cannot access proper medical equipment.

Kidō Number: 5
Kidō Class: Chiyudō
Kidō Name: Sealing Straps
Kidō Chant: "Winds from the silent river, comfort those thrown asunder."
Appearance: This Chiyudō does not take a real physical "standby" form. However, upon conjuration, the caster's hands will glow with light green light. When the Chiyudō is applied to the afflicted field, the green light solidifies and forms into a medical gauze, although slightly different from the Pressure Gauze (#14) Chiyudō.
Effects: Upon casting the Chiyudō, the hands of the caster glows and its light is smeared around the wounded part of the body, much like how gauze are applied by medical personnel. It is considered as one of the most basic Chiyudō for learning. Due to the Chiyudō's basic nature, it is commonly used as a "base Chiyudō", which makes it a basic preparatory spell to other Kidō as well.
Flavour Text: It was widely used long ago by members of the Fourth Division in missions where there are no proper access to medical equipment. It was created by Megurine Hayashi, an unseated member of the Fourth Division (although extremely talented to Kidō), while on a dangerous mission in Earth. Along with her team, she was wounded by a powerful Hollow and chased them in a place where there was no proper medical equipment around. She forced her own Reiryoku to form what seemed to be an early version of the Sealing Straps Chiyudō, a Reiryoku-made wrap that adjusted to the patient's movements, which was an attempt to bind her teammate's broken arm.

Kidō Number: 80
Kidō Class: Chiyudō
Kidō Name: Domain Penetration
Kidō Chant: "The dark seas rages; the angry wind howls; the troubled earth trembles; and the broken man falls. Beneath the seething and binding darkness, a light struggles. One hand. Hundred sparrows. Two minds. Endless sorrows."
Appearance: When the Chiyudō is activated, a transparent cube forms around the caster and the patient. This creates a small perimeter, which is actually the area of the Chiyudō and must never be disturbed in any way possible.
Effects: This high-level Chiyudō functions mostly for patient's who has suffered a deep coma. In this effect, upon the activation of the Chiyudō, the caster's conscious mind is separated from his body and is sent to the subconscious domain of the comatose patient. Therefore, it is considered to be a very dangerous process. The healer, who happens to be the caster of the Chiyudō, must therefore analyze the nature of the coma so proper medical procedures are to be applied for the comatose patient. If the healer is experienced in this field, he may be able to "pull" out the patient from his own subconscious domain, where, though not all the time, the patient is perceived to be found at; this process requires utmost time and caution. However, in order to pull out the patient from his own subconscious mind, one must perform another Chiyudō, Separating Void, perfectly. It also must be noted that disturbance of the "cube perimeter" disrupts the energy fields of the Chiyudō, which may cause the connection between two people to collapse - this may cause the caster to also "lose" his consciousness. Therefore, when performing Domain Penetration, it is essential the cube remains untouched or protected from outside disturbances.
Important Effect: While it is most commonly used to patients who have fallen into coma, this Chiyudō is also weak and brittle in such a way that it cannot penetrate even the weakest of mental Bakudō. Therefore, those patients that have chosen to become "shut in" their subconscious world will be impenetrable to Domain Penetration.
Flavour Text: The high-level Chiyudō was developed and conceived by a brilliant member of the Fourth Division, Shion Kazemaru. She created it in order to save her mother, who has been in a coma since her younger years after suffering from a Hollow attack. The Chiyudō was first conceived to be classified as a form of Hadō, because of its nature to separate the link between the host's body and consciousness; however, she later explained that the ability also developed along with a combination of Bakudō, which protected the caster's consciousness from being obliterated by the Hadō's separation procedure and its successful transfer to another's subconscious domain. It was, later on, labeled as a highly dangerous Chiyudō, which may only be performed those versed in the peculiarities of the mind. Shion was known to be the only one so skilled in this to the point that she could do it anywhere, even if the place is chaotic or dangerous (i.e. battlefield).

Kidō Number: 81
Kidō Class: Chiyudō
Kidō Name: Separating Void
Kidō Chant: "The guiding hand leads the poor-sighted sheep. The sound that he makes paves through dangerous leaps. Unfazed by the lingering gloom, they continue on towards the safe land, where the meadow is greener and quieter. Unbroken path. Truthful sight. Dark night. Shallow light."
Appearance: When the Chiyudō is conjured, three pillars, which follow a triangular pattern, appears around the caster. It also requires the subject's/patient's conscious manifestation to be in the triangle along with the caster's or else the Chiyudō fails. When it is finalized, the pillars shatter and causes a massive jolt of energy around the subconscious world of the patient. And at the same time, this jolt "launches" the two subjects upwards (although perception may change the "launch" to falling or accelerating forward).
Effects: Put it simply, it is a "separating" Chiyudō that cuts off the patient's conscious mind from its subconscious domain, essentially "bring it up on the surface". Of all the times Shion Kazemaru (the developer) used it, the Separating Void's primary nature is to wake the comatose patient from his condition. The pillars are inscribed with three words: Perception, Understanding, and Acceptance. Upon the final steps of the Chiyudō, these pillars shatter and the patient's conscious manifestation should be able to differentiate between the subconscious and conscious mind. It is notable that time is extremely longer when inside one's mind and that a lot of things could happen once inside for several minutes in real time.
Flavour Text: Shion Kazemaru theorized that with the works of the mind, it is impossible to completely cut off the patient's consciousness from his own personal world (a.k.a. the subconscious world). Therefore, incorporating emotions into the patient's mind, she continued, would eventually end up with solving of the patient's inner conflicts as soon as possible, rather than forcing him to pull out from the comatose state (outside healing methods), which meant untimely inner recovery. The "final steps" mentioned earlier were, in fact, the patient's own guidelines in coming to terms with his own subconscious domain. If the patient manages to solve his internal conflict, the pillars shatters according to his realizations. Once a complete realization (all three pillars broken), the Chiyudō sends a massive jolt of energy into the mind of the patient, thus sending him out of coma, and the caster back into his own body.

Kido Number: 15
Kido Class: Chiyudo
Kido Name: Habu (波布; Venomous/Poison Snake)
Kido Chant: “Materialise before thee and show thy fangs with thy venom.”
Appearance: The users’ hands softly glow with a crimson red halo, which mimics the colour of blood (this is for a purpose). If the user feels a tingling sensation of any degree from their hands, this is an indication that they are applying too much spiritual energy for the Kido than necessary. Another indication of a wrong conjuration is when the faint glow extends beyond the wrists.
Effects: Attracted to the colour and spiritual forced applied by the user’s hands, any poison in the patient’s body will materialise as a purple snake which appears like a bruise on the skin. As the poison spreads through the body, the snake will grow and move accordingly. For example, if the hand is infected and the poison is spreading towards the shoulder then the snake will appear as a snake coiling around the arm slowly, moderately or quickly making its way to its next target (the shoulder in this example). At the same time, it will be growing in length as the hand will remain poisoned until treatment. The speed at which the snake moves is an indication of the rate at which the body is being infected by the poison.
To eliminate the poison, the user must spiritually penetrate the body (Habu allows the user to do this) and pull the snake out with their hands. The strength of the poison can be determined by the force with which the user must apply in order to remove the snake. Hence the longer the poison remains in the body, the harder it becomes.
Though Habu is easy to conjure, its proper use and performance is much harder than its number implies. This is as with most other medical procedures, there is the possibility that the healer may contract the poison themselves. The snake will have a spirit of its own and will most likely harm the healer – who it may see as an invader to its territory – by biting and thereby injecting them with the same poisoning spreading through the patient. To avoid this, it is best suggested to grasp tightly at the snake’s upper and lower jaw, enclosing the mouth shut, in a moment of surprise so that it cannot bare its fangs.
Habu can also be used to identify any deaths caused by poison. This is as a dead victim will appear to be entirely coiled by a massive and long purple snake otherwise not normally seen.
Flavour Text: When a certain Captain of the 4th Division grew tired of the mischievous endeavours of a certain Captain of the 12th Division in poisoning her subordinates as a mean of testing their wits, the said Captain of the 4th Division employed this Kido to eliminate the hassle at once. Her rival and displeased Captain of the 12th Division has since tried to outsmart this.

Kido Number:
1
Kido Class: Chiyudo
Kido Name: Raifu sukyan (Life Scan)
Kido Chant: Let your earthly body move away, and reveal the disturbance within.
Appearance: The kido appears as a simple light hue of blue glow in the caster's palms.
Effects The kido gives a small layer of reiryoku around the palms of the caster, and when waved over a person, will immediately scan for disturbances to the body. The shade of the light will become darker when going over any injury that goes against the body's natural harmony and flow. Items that block reiryoku make this chiyudo ineffective and will not create a response.
Flavour Text: A former captain of the fourth division created the chiyudo as a mean to identify injuries within damaged or injured Shinigami from missions and battles. The captain knew that if a shinigami was moved when critically injured, while having no external damage could be fatal. The captain had to be ready to check for injuries no matter the location as the patient or injured was to be immediately saved. Therefore, this technique was created so in case no prior information was available, a healer would be ready to identify the injuries sustained.

Kidō Number: 30
Kidō Class: Chiyudō
Kidō Name: Burst Recovery
Kidō Chant: "In this dark night, let the man who remains lost be brought back to the warm light. Thirty-five steps. Twenty-two hands. Ten banes. One heart."
Appearance: When this Chiyudō is conjured, a massive burst of light emanates from both arms of the conjurer. This white light will basically channel down from the caster's arms and into the chest of the patient, where the arms of the healer is advised to be at. The light then "enters" the chest of the patient and takes immediate effect.
Effects: The Chiyudō basically functions like a medical defibrillator in the Human World. The light, which comes from a condensed and concentrated amount of Reiryoku, channels from the healer and into the patient's chest. Therefore, as soon as the light manifestation enters the system of the patient, it sends a massive jolt of electricity that allows the patient's heart to essentially restart whence it stopped from doing so. While this is one of the low-level Chiyudō, it is not commonly advised to be performed by inexperienced healers for an uncontrolled amount of Reiryoku injected to the body of the patient may cause his/her internal systems to fully collapse beyond potential recovery.
Flavour Text: It was one of the most unpopular Chiyudō upon its earlier conception. Developed by Shinigami medic Mayuko Omaeda, it caused quite a scandal in its first official development. Since it was not well-developed in its early stages, it caused several patients' deaths due to improper Reiryoku control. This was due to massive amounts of energy coursed through the body of the patients thus causing their inner organs to basically "melt". Mayuko, although charged for these accidents, was not taken to prison due to the Gotei's interest of its further development. Several years later, she finished the development of the Chiyudō to what it is today. She was later on awarded for her efforts on introducing what became a very important Chiyudō.
