After (almost) six years, I'm finally through with Uncle Sam. This guild was with me before I joined, and it's still with me today, even if the membership and regulars have fluctuated a lot. So for the next seven days, I'm going to celebrate by doing some random and fun things.
What kind of things, you ask? Well the first is a temporary return of the GEG! Kinda! Only instead of giving away Gold, I'll be giving away one MC to a random guild member who posts on that day (you can only win one of the seven all week). So that's seven people who will get a prize just for joining in on the fun. ADDITIONALLY, the user with the highest number of posts during this week will get one as well, even if they've already won one of the other seven. Remember our no spam policy though, right? Right. Good.
Secondly, potentially more or less exciting, depending on your perspective, I've started putting more effort into learning to draw! So everyday I will pick one lucky (or unlucky...) test subject to make a piece of art for. Your results may vary. But hey, it's free, so be happy for it. This prize can overlap with aforementioned prizes.
Finally, I have a special, mystery prize in mind for whoever I feel contributes the most to the spirit of Goldie over the next week. My decision will probably be arbitrary and biased, but hey, I'm only human. But safe to say, said prize is sufficiently awesome.

so maybe use one of the smaller ones and use the program that my dad has and do it like that? hmm... gaia_spoons

Thanks ^_^ I didn't want it to be too inviting for people who really just don't care about the guild at all. They might see it and be all like, "Whatever."
Of course, we may get some mooching type inactives too >.> Not to say that being inactive is, in and of itself, bad...but people who literally NEVER post on the guild at all and are only going to do so minimally to try to win something this week, then vanish again forever? Yeah. Not a huge fan of that.
