Hi there! You've found Lynx's Zune Journal! This is where I will be keeping a neat little log of my Zunes, including such things as their basic profiles, RP availability, and summaries of any interesting RP encounters they've had with other Zunes. Who I've Met: Hope (Owned by Lady Evelon)Background: Lyka's mother passed away when he was very young. He never knew his father's identity. Still a kit when his mother passed away, Lyka learned early on to fend for himself. He currently resides within a forest close to his old family home.
Personality: A kindhearted Zune who's always willing to help out a friend in need. Lyka can be easily upset, particularly when he's thinking about his mother's death. He can also be a bit overprotective of his friends, which can get him into trouble with other Zunes sometimes. Lyka's hobbies and interests include being outdoors, making new friends, walking in the woods, and star-gazing.

Background: Skelf was born unintentionally. Not able to take care of him with what little resources they had, his parents left him orphaned soon after birth. Luckily, Skelf was soon adopted by a family of Pelyfoof Zunes. He lived with the brothers and their father up till adulthood, but eventually Skelf decided it was time to move on and find a home of his own. His current home is a small, two-bedroom apartment. He works as an editor for a local magazine company.
Personality: A hard-working and motivated Zune, Skelf is willing to tackle almost any challenge presented to him. He is an avid reader and also enjoys writing in his spare time, perhaps a little too much. If he is reading or writing, it can often be hard to get his attention.

Background: Kerensa's childhood memories are blurry. She vaguely remembers a car accident, but before that, very little remains. However, she does the best she can to move on from the past, and look at the present and plan for the future instead. Currently, Kerensa is living on her own, but someday she plans to find a mate, or perhaps let them find her.
Personality: Kerensa is rarely afraid to speak her mind, though she knows when to hold back most of the time. She treasures her friends, and is extremely loyal to those close to her. Background: A Zune who's been through a rough childhood, Azura was hardly noticed by her parents in her youth. She was nearly always looked down on by others, and got teased a lot. She plans to pursue studies to become a psychologist though, and hopes to help others like herself someday. For now though, she still seeks help for herself.
Personality: Azura tends to be easily upset by small things, and gets highly emotional when she feels threatened or worried. She's a bit paranoid, and has difficulty sleeping a lot of the time. She loves to watch fireflies though, and will often spend her sleepless nights watching their friendly flickering glow.

Background: U-Tye grew up in a small home. It was just her and her parents. Her past wasn't too terribly exciting, at least in her own opinion. After she left, U-Tye moved out to live with a friend briefly, until finally settling in to her own space in a small house. U-Tye's hobbies, when she can pay attention long enough to do them, include art and reading. She also loves to grow plants and keeps a rather extensive garden behind the house.
Personality: Hyper and talkative, U-Tye is rarely found sitting still for long. She's very friendly, and will talk to almost anyone. The difficult part is getting her to be quiet again.

Background: Sverrir grew up a wild orphan. He never knew contact with any other Zunes during his childhood, and as such, he is very guarded and can seem impossible to approach. He still lives out in the woods where he grew up, but its highly unlikely he will disclose the location of his home to anyone, even if he feels they might be trustworthy. Perhaps eventually someone will tame this wild creature. For now though, his preference is to walk alone.
Personality: Very wary of strangers, Sverrir is the kind of Zune who doesn't trust others easily. He is quite wild in nature and won't hesitate to fight if he feels threatened. If approached in the right way though, he can be extremely loyal once he begins to feel he can trust the intentions of another.

Background: M'tiveh is haunted by her past. She was held captive by a group of humans at a young age after being taken from her family. The same group later killed her parents. Shortly after their deaths, M'tiveh became furious. She decided not to let any of the humans feed her, and on the first occasion when they tried, she managed to escape her cage and take down the entire group, her strength fueled by her rage. With no family left, she now searches for a purpose. A reason to live...
Personality: M'tiveh is usually pretty calm and quiet, often even shy, but hates talking about her history and will avoid it at all costs if she can. She will become anxious if the subject is brought up, or even angry. She doesn't intend to lash out though, its an instinctive response she's learned.

Background: During his life T'kire felt he had it all. He had a loving mate and two young cubs, and the four of them seemed to be the perfect family. It was not to last. During a summer thunderstorm, a lightning strike hit too close to home. The forest in which the family sheltered was ravaged by the resulting wildfire, and T'kire perished in the flames as he hurried to save his family. The three others made it out. But without T'kire and their home, they eventually had to move on. T'kire soon resurrected as a ghost, finding himself alone and feeling betrayed. He still feels the pain from the loss of his family.
Personality: T'kire refuses to talk about his past. Although he can easily become distressed if someone asks him about his history, he tries to make conversation with the living often, especially if they can actually see him. Being a ghost, he gets lonely rather frequently.

Background: Kitega was always encouraged to fend for himself as a kit. His parents helped him minimally. As he grew they let him figure out the solutions to his own problems increasingly often. Kitega was fine with this childhood, but he never really developed an attachment to other zunes because of it. Currently, he resides alone in a forest on the edge of a mountain range.
Personality: A loner by nature, Kitega doesn't actively avoid other zunes, but he does prefer to be by himself. He enjoys meditating, and makes a habit of engaging in it whenever he does get time alone.
