Light turned his attention on the ghosts above, they were all floating around and releasing some kind of gas. Although he felt the dizziness already effecting him and was having trouble staying awake, losing his footing and falls first onto his stomach away from Iblis. His eye lids felt too heavy and couldn't think straight, whatever this gas was it was making everyone sleepy.

Axel sneezed then puffed out smoke from his nose, he glared up at the ghosts with annoyance. "What heck are doing Pests?!" he said then tossed a fire ball at one ghost, it was a direct hit though as he aimed really carefully. He then breaths fire slightly to scare some but was being careful not to catch anything on fire. Axel won't be beaten easily by sleeping gas, he had dealt with enough of being knocked out enough times already. "You want a start a fight!?" he yelled as his tail swings behind him furiously.

Jay was hardly paying attention anymore. He seemed to be off in some dream world, barely focusing ahead of himself. Thinking as he regained some strength...
This always happens to me.

With the fight seemingly over, Wave staggered slowly to his feet, his arm holding at his side. The hedgehog had been focused solely on dodging those ghostly hands this entire time, but they had managed to get in a few hits. With that new guy having taken down the demon wolf thing that was Alice, he began to breathe out in relief. That was, until Iblis mentioned the ghosts. Blinking, he turned his attention upward, only to notice too late that the ghosts were unleashing some sort of gas into the room. And he was already beginning to feel the effects. Dropping to his knees rather quickly, he struggled to keep himself awake, but it was to no avail. After a while, he fell straight to the ground, sleep overcoming him...

The ghosts heard Axel's threat and they swarmed around him. The raced circles around him and released more and more of the gas. Meanwhile, some of the ghosts grabbed the beast and carried it away.

'Nnng...' Jay moaned as he woke up to reality. Realising what the gas was, he hoped it hadn't spread too far.
'Axel, come on. We should get these guys to safety,' he told the guy, as he slowly got up and picked Wave up, holding his breath. The gas was sleep inducing, how righteous. Damn ghosts...

Axel heard Jay but he ignored his orders. "I kinda got my hands full!" he yelled.

Axel was about to move though but then the ghosts started to surround him, he was starting to feel drowsy from the gas also. Although he struggled to stay away and try and scare them off with fire around him. "No way! I'm not going down without a fight...argh... no way.." he said but soon felt his fire die down, his body swung forward and collapsed to the ground. Axel couldn't resist sleep anymore and soon his eyes closed fully into deep slumber.

The fire which formed the barrier that should have kept the beast in had died down a little, but Jay made use of that to use like adrenaline, in a bid to keep himself awake. He was tired, but he couldn't fall asleep, not yet. Fortunately, he was also blessed with the ability to resist sleeping well - One didn't simply survive in wild woods without being able to sleep at the right time.
Even then, a forced sleep was harder to resist, and eventually Jay succumbed after dragging Wave over to Axel, sitting down against the wall.
'Well... Go screw yourselves, you... ethereal... morons......'

Once everyone was fast asleep, the ghosts grabbed everyone and took them to different secret parts of the hotel. The beast was the only one brought up into the attic. Practically being worshiped by the ghosts.

((This is a horror RP correct? Well I guess now would be a good chance to make things scary for our characters?))

Iblis eventually woke up and looked around. ...Huh? Where am I...? Is this part of the hotel...? Where are the others? she thought to herself confused and slightly groggy. The room was pretty dark with one dim light flickering. Iblis was getting a very creepy feeling from this place and wasn't too happy about it. She tried to move, but she realized that she was strapped to some kind of table. Iblis tried to break free, but there was a sharp pain in her chest when she moved and she realized that her ribs had been broken in the fight earlier. She couldn't see much though since her eyes hadn't adjusted to the darkness yet.

Jay yawned and woke up...
In his bedroom. The door was locked and the windows were covered with bricks, so he had to wait, he guessed. He was willing to wait for a couple of hours, but any longer and he'd be damaging other people's property...
'Alright, ghosties! How about this? You let me free, and I won't purposely burn this place to the ground?'
(By the way, it's a bluff, he hasn't got any flames to control if they took his lighter.)

Who knew how long he was out? Wave certainly didn't as his eyes slowly opened. At first, he was simply dazed, his surroundings different than what he remembered them being. Sitting up slowly, he groaned as he rubbed his forehead lightly... and then it hit him. Blinking, he looked around the room he was in, realizing that he wasn't in the lobby anymore. In fact, this looked like that one room he and Merry had seen, the one being renovated for some purpose... Slowly getting to his feet, he looked around a bit longer, his eyes eventually catching sight of the double doors that led back out to the hallway.

Thinking he could simply get down through them, he walked over to the doors... just to find that they were locked. So... he was locked inside this decently spacious room... This sucked! He was worried about why he was locked here, but he then suddenly wondered if the others were trapped like him, elsewhere. Damn it... he couldn't stay here! He had to get out.

Light opened his eyes slowly, still groggy from sleep but soon sat up right. He snapped his eyes wide in confusion and worry when he realized he was in a cage. There was no sight of Iblis with him but it being dark in the room, he could hardly see anything although he did hear something move. "Who's there?" he called as he stood up but hit his head on something, he held his hands up to feel around him and felt cold metal. Realizing that he was put in a small cage, enough for him to sit in or stand up sorta slouched over slightly.
((Hes in the same room as Iblis but in a cage))

Axel awake and sat up rubbing his head, he felt sore slightly like he was thrown like a rag doll. Although once his eyes adjusted to the dark, his eyes widened in slight surprise. There were dolls every where on the shelves around him, each one had red eyes just looking back at him. Like they were watching him or something but he wasn't afraid. It was just slightly creepy. "I'm assume those pests threw me in this girl's room... probably to creep me out, well it worked sorta but I'm in no mood to play games." he said slightly in annoyance as he stood up, he heard whispering though and froze. It sounded like it was coming from every where, like he was surrounded by them.

Iblis heard Light and looked around frantically. "Light?!" Iblis called back, but it was hard to tell where the voice was coming from since their voices echoed slightly in the room. Her eyes quickly adjusted to the dark, but her eyesight only went so far in the dark. She still couldn't see where Light was. Iblis once again tried to break free, but she only flinched in pain. Iblis took a closer look at where she was and realized that she was strapped to something similar to a dissecting table. "Oh my god.... We've gotta get outta here FAST before-" Iblis started to say until a lamp above her suddenly turned on. The sudden light blinded her for a minute, but when she opened her eyes again what she say scared her. Large ghostly hands hovered above her. Iblis wasn't sure if there was even a body to these hands. She could hardly see with the bright lamp shining in her eyes. One of the hands glowed with some kind of dark aura and reached for Iblis. "Ngh! Argh!" she cried out in pain as it went inside her chest and pulled out her soul; a small red glowing ball of light with a few black spots though. Corruption. Part of her soul was already corrupted, like someone had started the process but wasn't able to finish. The hand started to squeeze the ball and the black spots grew. The corruption started to spread and Iblis screamed in pain.

JAY'S ROOM: The ghosts heard Jay and giggled. "Burn the place down? With all your friends still trapped inside? Besides...what will you burn when you have no fire? We've got your lighter tough guy..." The ghosts snickered at Jay. They stayed invisible, but you could feel them watching you. Suddenly, the walls turned into spikes and started to close in on Jay slowly.

WAVE'S ROOM: "You can't get out that easily... You'll have to be smarter than that... Especially if you want to save your friends..." the ghosts said creepily. Suddenly, chains burst out in all directions trying to stab and grab Wave.

As soon as those ghostly words reached his ears, Wave barely tilted his gaze upwards as he was surprised by this. However, that fascination only lasted for a moment, as chains burst from every inch of the room toward him. Of course, since they came from every direction... the ground was also used. That said, most of the spikes weren't an imminent problem... it was the ones that came from directly below. With a high ping of pain, Wave nearly coughed out in shock as two chains pierced straight through his shoes and feet, effectively pinning him to that spot. If that wasn't bad enough, the rest of the spikes were dead on as they collided against him, piercing into his arms, hands, and legs, while the rest wrapped around him tightly.

At this point, the pain was so intense to the hedgehog that he wasn't even concerned of the fact that he was tied up rather well by those chains. With a trickle of blood dripping down his mouth, he clenched his teeth as he felt himself slowly fading into subconscious yet again. "Damn it... Sorry, Merry... I... I couldn't keep... my promise..." Wave thought to himself as his vision faded...

Sighing, Jay sat down in the middle of the room... and waited. Heh, here's to hoping it's all an illusion. If not, ho-hum. He had a good enough life.  

[Zora the fox]

JAY'S ROOM: The ghosts watched Jay unamused. "Really? He's just going to give up? Lame..." one ghost said slightly bored. As the walls closed in on Jay, they tugged at a long carpet not far from where Jay was sitting, revealing a trap door. The trap door lead to Wave's room. The ghosts were not aware of the trap door being revealed.
