As a Dragonair it should have a more detailed scale pattern, to more closely match the full-sized Fallen Wish dragon, and if possible have the forehead horn edited to the star-shaped jewel.
Note: I will get an Everstone when this hits Dragonair, since as a Dragonite it would mess up the coloring.
