"It is well that even if I was nae a part in helping it be rebuilt I am glad it been returning to its glory." said crisdean smiling kindly. he nodded and gave a slight bow at the waste from his seated position. "Id be honored to see the gardens. they always did look best in the evening and early morning." said crisdean and stood and took up the staff of Rowan wood that had been leaned by. He made sure to readjust his cloak of Sylvin cloth. He made sure his hood was raised and gave a nod. "shall we?.." he said and gestured with his pale hand that has small hints of the blue woad that covered his body with their patterns and signs.

Cullen scuffed his boot in the dirt and dust of the road waiting for his opinionated cat to catch up; Pounce had decided to investigate a bush. "Mon Pounce, gang away frae there." called Cullen to the cat. The Cat ignored the calling boy and finished his inspection and then padded back to the boy's side his tail twitching back and forth with great pride. "...You're a wee scunner" glared the boy at the cat. the cat brushed itself around Cullens legs. "murr...now Cullen why are you in such a grumpy mood." asked the cat into the boy's mind, knowing full well the boy had been couped up in a ship for long days and longed to return to the castle he had stayed in and, to see his friends. the Cat smirked as only a cat could and licked his paw. "wanting to see your kitty"the cat snickered. "Haud yer wheesht!"scolded Cullen, as he glared and crossed his arms into a pout only a 10yearold with a hurt pride could accomplish. Cullen was tired and hungry. He was just so glad that he was off the boat and also close to the gate. His brother had been shopping in the town gathering some supplies and had told him to stick close. Cullen rejected this couping and sneaked off and made fast his escape to the castle ahead of his brother.

The boy grumped and plodded on closer to the castle's gate the black cat padding softly beside him. "Master Crisdean said hed gang ahea'd , bydand....hoping supper is soon." said the boy. Soon his soft booted steeps brought him to the gatehouse and its gate. He looked up at it, it had been long since he had seen the walls and gates of the castle, and yet it was like he had always seen them as large and overwhelming.


~ Cullen makes his way with Pounce from the Gatehouse and courtyard into and through the castle. His hunger getting the better of him he made his way into the kitchen. ~


The two peeked around the corner making sure the way was clear, Cullen was not inclined to meeting anyone not knowing if he'd get in trouble for coming into the castle without his older brother or his teacher's escort. But even with the stop and go he made a swift pace. He was fast down the hall. pounce continued his languid pace as any cat would and let the young boy scurry away.
"Mon Pounce, yer aywis at the coo's tail." complained Cullen at the cat for the cat's slow and dragging walk. The Black cat stopped and glared. "you young people once you smelt the food are all in a hurry. If you wanted a creature who comes when you call and stays at your heels you should have found a dog." admonished the cat into Cullen's mind. The boy sighed and crossed his arms "aonan, dhà, tri, ceithir, còig, sia, seachd, ochd, naoi,...deich Cullen quietly counted to himself; his teacher often had him count when he was in to much of a hurry. Cullen could smell the baking bread and other vittles cooking and his mouth watered but he kept his pace and with a final sigh finished the end of the count. Pounce sat on his boot waiting with a grin that only cats can produce. "better?" smirked the cat. "noo!" said Cullen wiped a bit of drool away with his sleeve he was tired of waiting and his cat's smirky attitude and the call of cooking food was strong. "The tatties and bread smell braw. mon pounce!" he said and made off for the kitchen door. He was very hungry and had not eaten in many hours so his enthusiasm may be forgiven. He entered the kitchen and made for a dark corner in the small dining part of it and looked around hoping to make off with some food to eat and then be on his way.

Samirra allowed Mara and Sally to lead her into the kitchen to grab something to eat. She'd made getting to the kitchen take a bit longer due to leading them around whenever anything caught her attention. She wasn't used to getting to just look around and explore so freely, so she had really taken the time to enjoy herself. She had expected the human women to try to keep her on track, but they seemed quite thrilled to let her explore and run around wherever she wanted. She was really enjoying herself at the castle so far, and she found herself wishing that her father could have made it here with her.

She sat at a table in the dining room and waited for a moment before someone sat a plate in front of her. She thanked them and started to eat, stopping every now and then to flash Sally and Mara a bright, happy smile. She didn't pay much attention to anything nearby until she saw her aunt walk into the kitchen with Voss. She immediately jumped up and launched herself at her aunt, letting out a happy squeal as she hugged her.


Morrigan led Voss into the kitchen a while after Samirra got there. She paused as she saw the little Hylarr girl sitting at the table, her skin immediately changing from rich gold back to normal as the demon stepped aside to let the normal Morrigan back into control. She blinked a few times as she went over the memories that her demonic side shared and then jumped a bit when she heard a happy squeal as her niece suddenly hugged her. She smiled and hugged the little girl back and then looked up to Voss. "Voss, this is, my niece," she said. She smiled at her niece. "Samirra, this is Voss. He's helping me to get everything under control."

Samirra held on to Morrigan until she heard her say something to the man following her. She let go and looked up at him, tilting her head a bit in curiosity. "Hi there," she said. "You look nice. Thank you for helping my aunt. She doesn't like to ask for help, so I appreciate that you're here for her."

Voss surprised by the child’s forwardness just nodded “of course, I’ll do what I can to help” he knelt down in front of her as he spoke “but asking for help is but part of the solution, taking the steps to resolve the issue is also necessary, I can show the way but only your aunt is able to fully realize the solution presented” he looked at Morrigan and grinned “but I think she’ll pull through and be back to normal in no time at all” he placed a hand on Samirra’s shoulder and smiled before he stood up in time to see one of the staff members approaching them with a note in hand and just bowed slightly to them all before offering it to Voss, who confused took it and took a look at what it was. And just looked at the staff member and replied “she’s persistent, I’m guessing sooner than later?” the woman shrugged “with Ashigaera likely not but depends on what she wants” Voss nodded and replied “alright I’ll head that way when I can it doesn’t seem to be anything to important, she just wants me to look at something in the armory, let her know I’ll take a look soon as I can” the staffer nodded and left leaving them alone.

He looked at Morrigan with an apologetic look and spoke “sorry, seems even here the job is never done, I’ve got time to eat before I do what Ashigaera wants done. If you want to come along after we eat it shouldn’t take me long to look at whatever it is she wants me to check and after we can go somewhere quiet” Voss smiled as he stood there his hands by his side to see what Morrigan wants to do.

Samirra watched Voss curiously as he nodded and confirmed that he would do what he could to help Morrigan. She was silent as she heard him say that he could only show the way and that Morrigan would have to fully realize the solution, smiling when he told her that he thought Morrigan would pull through and get back to normal in no time. "That's great!" she said, excitedly bouncing a bit. "I'm glad that my aunt has you to help her."

She looked over to Morrigan and then gave Voss a slightly more concerned smile. "You may want to be careful not to make her mad. She freezes things when she gets emotional."


Morrigan was watching Voss and Samirra talking with a small smile. She felt a bit awkward being the center of their discussion, but she was doing her best not to let it get to her. She blushed a bit when Samirra mentioned that she had a tendency to freeze things when she got emotional. "Ashigaera put a block so that I'm not just freezing everything," she said. "I'm working on getting it under control."

She looked a bit surprised when a staff member approached Voss and handed him a note. She looked a bit confused as he talked to the staff member about something that involved Ashigaera. She gave him a small smile when the staff member left and he turned to address her again, offering for her to come along with him on whatever he needed to do for Ashigaera. She gave a quick nod. "I think that would be nice." She moved back over to Samirra and knelt down to ruffle her hair. "You can eat with us if you want. After that, you can go along with Sally and Mara. I know that you must be eager to explore the castle more."

Samirra gave her aunt a bright smile and nodded. "I'd love to sit with you guys while you eat. And I'd love to run around more. I've never gotten to run around and explore so much before. I really like it here."
