I've been growing my hair out for a while, only getting a trim a couple times a year. It's past mid back now but I'd like it to be at my waist for my wedding next July. emotion_awesome
The only downside is how long it takes to wash and dealing with windy days here. The upside is that the wind forces me to be more creative when putting it up. I can do a gazillion different braids and simple updos.
My hair was short in high school, mostly bob length. It just didn't really work for me and I love the femininity of long hair.
