Personality: Belle is a generally kind girl. She's spent all her life in Iclea Town, never deviating from her set routine. She may have a tendency to look down on others, though, and she tries to ignore this part of her. She is aware that she is a little old to be starting her journey, but she still wants to have a Pokemon companion. She thinks that she will do very well in her journey, but in reality she will probably mess up the majority of things.
Physical Description: Belle has flowing, white hair that is swept up in a ponytail. She has green eyes, a bit of an oddity in her hometown – most people have blue eyes there. She wears a small, navy dress with white stockings and gloves. She has navy blue shoes and a pale blue scarf. She also wears pale blue earrings and pale blue goggles, to protect against possible snowstorms.

• Belle was born to a very wealthy family in Iclea Town. She's been spoiled for the majority of her life, so being a trainer in Etrua should be a big shock for her.
• Belle lives with her parents in Iclea Town – she has no siblings, nor does she have any aunts or uncles.
• Belle considers herself intelligent, but she won't know some things that could be considered common knowledge to others, having lived a sheltered life in Iclea.
• Belle has a fascination with Ice type Pokemon, but is a bit upset that Professor Valerian does not keep any to give away.
• Belle is very cautious in environments she's not familiar with, and will go to seemingly ridiculous lengths to keep herself safe.
• Belle is far less proficient in everyday life than she thinks.
• Belle hates getting nicknames – she'll accept Belle or Rosabelle (the latter on a rare occasion) but will not tolerate things like Rose or Rosie.

Personality: Regina is a rather irritable person. She has a quick temper and the smallest thing can set her off. She usually dislikes the company of others, but will tolerate it if necessary. She likes power and ordering the grunts around, if only for the sake of it. She is very stubborn and will only change her opinion if the situation is dire. She will fight ruthlessly for what she believes is right. She tends to try and shut off her emotions so that she won't get attached to people and risk being lost in whatever she sees, because that might lead to physical contact.
Physical Description: Regina has flaming red hair that is usually down. It’s wavy and unmanageable. She has amber eyes and pale skin. Normally, she wears a red tube top with a black and red jacket over the top. She usually wears black jeans, black boots, red gloves that nullify her powers and a black and red hat. When she’s required to do her surveyor’s job, though, she alters her appearance. She makes an actual effort to have her hair be straight, and puts on clear glasses. She wears a black undershirt and has a red and orange waistcoat on over that. She wears a black skirt and red flats, keeps her gloves on and has an orange satchel around her waist.

• Regina was born and raised in Lavaridge Town. She got her first Pokemon, a Squirtle, when she was nine. She'd flat-out refused to have any of the Pokemon that Professor Birch offered, and so her parents permitted her to have the one she actually wanted. She raised it for a few years, before her parents then moved to Etrua. There, Regina caught various other new Pokemon, before joining Team Celestia.
• Regina’s parents are oblivious to her joining Team Celestia, and she hasn't seen them in years for fear of the physical contact involved.
• Regina used to do gymnastics as a child, and can still use most of that to her advantage.
• Regina joined Team Celestia several years back, and quickly climbed the ranks to become an Admin.
• Regina has a legitimate excuse for hanging around large cities – she’s had a job as a surveyor for some years now, which entails her moving around Etrua, surveying trainers on their experiences. This is ideal for her because it not only makes her less suspicious, but it allows her to see inside the lives of other trainers and her hours are so loose that she can do as much Team Celestia work as is required and still have more than enough information to submit back to her boss each month. For this work, she uses her Smeargle to assist her.
• Regina, if her temper is tested enough, will skip using Pokemon and most likely punch the other person in the face.
• Regina obtained her Litwick from an all too-helpful breeder who was happy to give it up - it is hard to resist when faced with a gun, though.
• Regina’s Smeargle, Caroline, followed around a Cubone for a while and Sketched two of its attacks. She particularly was after the move Bonemerang, because the Smeragle’s Ability, Technician, would power up the move, and since it would hit twice, the total power of the move would end up being 150.
• Regina was raising a Kirlia, but traded it for her Alakazam.
• Regina’s great-great grandmother was a powerful psychic, and has passed on a couple of her abilities to her. She can get glimpses of the future or past, and it varies with who she’s in contact with. The images she receives are to do with who she touched – she could either see their past or their future, and it’s always random. The gloves she wears have had a psychic bless them so as to cut off the stream of images she would normally see if she were to touch someone. Also, she can do minor telekinesis, but this is so limited that it’s barely worth mentioning. She has not bothered to tell anyone about these, because she finds it unimportant. Only Sirius is aware of this, because she considers this to be a weakness – if her gloves are taken off and she touches someone, she may become temporarily lost in what she sees. It's mostly in her hands, though - if someone touches, like, her face or whatever, there is FAR less chance of her seeing s**t, but there's still the possibility that she might, so she will flinch away from any physical contact. Whoever she's touched can feel a faint irritation in the back of their mind, and if they focus hard enough (it helps to be sensitive to Psychic ability) they can see what she is seeing, be it their own past or future.
