Powers: Well trained in the arts of magicka and alchemy. While still mortal his raw power allows him to rival that of a demi-god.
Bio: Haloeye is a complicated soul, Having died several times and having the scars to prove it. Though with each time his mortal coil was killed or destroyed his souls were always returned to the realm of mortals to continue wondering it, usually with another soul to keep him bound there. Unaware if this is some sort of punishment or misfortune he simply continues to live his life as he sees fit. While a majority of his being is evil he is more of a grey hat. Neither pure evil or righteous. His current personality is of that of his incubi side, his lustful hunger insatiable at best.
Thanks to his seamlessly never ending life he has attained a great many skills, from cooking,smiting,weaponry,magic,alchemy,botany and various other skills. And most of all the ability to reward a good and obedient pet.
Personality: Casual, seductive and teasing, Carefree. Gentlemanly. Though slow to anger once he does so he can be a wraithful force with spite and malice that makes him difficult to handle or pacify.
