Ok since I have 2 of you active right now, We need to try and hget the others active on here. They joined but havn't really pitched any ides or posted bios.
So how the hell do I motivate them for one, and for two we eed to start hashing out a plan for the large rp storyline.
I like the oC mash up idea from Toxic, we can run with that.

Be strict with them; either they be more active or you get rid of them.

As for the plan; I have a few bullet points if we're going to seriously do it.

I might have to, also I want to enforce that new aplicants give samples and fill out a few things. I'm ging to be picky.

I think you should personally go maybe a 3 post rp with them to check their rp style; see how they would interact and everything with you personally and anything you can throw at them. It would be a way to test their creativity, grammer, style, and character composure even

Finally finished reading the quotes, wasn't that bad.

I like a lot of Toxic's ideas.
I hate to do it but even in the guild I'm attempting to put together. (Well one of them)
I have it set to where if you go missing for too long the position goes open and you get kicked. (After like two weeks you get kicked.)
Perhaps if we know they are going to be missing it can add to some sort of plot twist (kidnapped, ran away, or something?)
I normally try to be decent with grammar but you can tell when I come up short, I just say use spell check and try your best.

Okay.... Bullet points for my idea

*** First would be an assembly of the YJ team; maybe they're going to help the civie's of Happy Harbor as a earthquake rips through the town; that would be when the oc team comes in and steals the show; they're wanting to make a name for their selves and prove that they were Justice league worthy (remember they were bypassed because either A# There wasn't anything they could do for them or B# The problem wasn't worth addressing really; like in the case with Betty. so the characters should be pretty upset about it; their teenagers so there no real rationalization for them )

***Second I think we should have a team of two break into their headquarters and maybe swipe/copy files of the team's real identities to confront them in rl, but in their civies (so it would be like two people meeting normally; except it would be like 'hay, yeah, your KF/ROBIN/Blah blah blah and I'm blah blah blah; meeting them in their civies would be non-threatening enough I think, a way of showing they can't expose them because they now know each other)

*** Third, I was thinking that maybe both teams are called to retrieve something. I was thinking it could be a reasearch lab who had a chip with special nano-tech info stolen; the Justice League of course would go in and send YJ, but the lab called in the oc team to get it; they end up having to work together

Robin/ Grayson would be irked by the fact someone knows of him and Batman wouldn't be to happy I am sure.
Would this add to ploty-ness of awesome or something.
It could be taken the wrong way completely to, meeting in civilians.
The team (YJ) have tried their hardest (er most...not including wally) to keep it on the down low.
I can see Connor rather annoyed, miss martian worried, robin between pissed and curious, Artemis may be mad as well, and Flash...well it depends if it's a girl or not. >D

Yeah samples would be great and i will be adding that o the join requirements as well as a leave of absence thread in case anyone will be gone for a while.


With stigma's abilities he can feel out individual emotion waves (like fingerprints) so thats a way he can figure out the secret ID's of some ofthe YJ group. Other than that I like it a lot. They can have one member of the group break in to steal the files and acting out. The rest of the group could scold that person, at ther same time be curious and look the files over any way lol.

To me that's the beauty; they're trying to show that they aren't just some kids who were irked; plus they'd see the oc's in civies too, so there would be something in that. Maybe we could spare d**k; he probably wouldn't have a file since he's super secret, but the others should be fair game
