Complaint Procedure


Everything is adjudicated within the clan unless there is a ToS violation.

1. ToS must be followed. All other issues are resolved within the clan.

2. Any issue should be resolved at the lowest level that is appropriate.

3. Follow the reporting ladder.

Any non-ToS issue should be resolved at the lowest level appropriate - whoever is in charge of an activity unless they are involved, then the Captain or a VC, if the person in immediate charge is involved or more knowledge is needed.

What do you do if there is or may be a ToS violation?

If it is a possible ToS violation, it should go to the captain, unless the captain is involved or is not available, then to a VC. If none of those are available and the issue is urgent, then it should go to a Site Mod or Global Mod.

Provide as much evidence as you can:

Screenshot of chat or post including adjacent post in case that one is changed, link if available.

Give time, date, location, names of those involved, and a short summary of the problem.

Send a pm to the appropriate officer with the title "Inquiry."
