Missy awoke that chilly morning with cold toes and a rumbling stomach. With a soft sigh, she rolled out of bed- rubbing her eyes and letting out a soft sigh as she glanced around her bare apartment. Today was the day. She had decided last night that she would finally get around to decorating her apartment. Missy knew however, that before any decorating could take place- she had to feed herself, and the stray neighborhood zombies. Missy remembered excitedly that her friend Quaid had baked a strawberry rhubarb pie as a gift for her, and her tummy grumbled in excitement. Slipping on a pair of tights to warm her toes she meandered through the living room, and into the kitchen, twitching her nose as she opened the fridge and was nearly blinded by it's radiant light. What she saw inside was so horrifying she almost couldn't comprehend! Her pie was missing! All that was left was asparagus, carrots,and tomatoes! Missy floundered in horror then went through every cabinet and drawer, but not a single grain of sugar was to be found! It was all gone! Without her cakes and sweets Missy had no way to satisfy the zombies without human flesh, and she had grown very fond of them! She then knew she had to uncover the fool who was behind the heinous crime.
After feasting on some carrots, Missy went to her closet and suited up in winter gear. She then climbed out the window to avoid the hungry zombies. Landing on the ground below her window with a distinctive thump, Missy explored the area- finding a trail of sugar leading off into the distance.
She tracked the sugar for a mile or so, till she saw an amoeba of grey flowing and ebbing along the horizon.
"What the fluff?!" She exclaimed, quickly moving closer. She realized then that the amoeba was actually an army of monochrome goons! And they were packing away cookies, pies, chocolate candies, candy canes, and every delicious sweet thing in between! But why would they be stealing all the sugar? This terrible crime could only mean one thing...
"Santa can't fly his sled without sugar! These goons want to steal Christmas!" She gave the monologue out loud for no explainable reason, then drew one of her zombie hunting rifles and gave aim. Missy took a deep breath then pulled the trigger. The resounding explosion of sound gave her a minor headache, but she saw that she had managed to injure one of the goons! She took fire again, but the group swelled and began to move towards her- weakening her aim...

The group of goons swelled towards her like a tsunami, and she fired in panic, but missed! If she wasn't a better shot soon she might have to switch to melee!

The second shot panicked Missy, and she let off a couple more in rapid succession. She watched a couple of the monochrome creatures lurch to the ground, their sides crumbled away.

The fallen soldiers gave her courage, and she fired another shot that blew through three of the soldiers- they collapsed to the ground in a mass of broken pieces. Missy only had two more enemies now.

The final two goons were upon her, and she fired again- but the gun jammed! Missy ducked out of the way as one of the swords swooped towards her. Missy danced away, slapping the side of her rifle.
"Come on Janet, you can't give up on me now old gal." She made another turn as she whispered to her rifle, dancing further away.

Missy tried to fire the gun again and again, but the rifle was spent. She tossed it to the ground, reached into her bag of guns and pulled out Brad. The gun quivered excitedly in her hands and she smiled and stepped out of the way of a clumsy sword swing. She wacked the goon violently across the back of the head with the barrel of the rifle, sending the zerobot crashing to the ground. Stepping carefully away from the one remaining Zerobot she rose her gun and aimed...

Missy let out a soft breath then fired, watching as the zerobot's side crumbled into monochrome dust. The creature lurched then fell to the graveyard of it's once many companions. Missy knew there would be more trials ahead, and set out to find her next challenge.
