Hello Everyone, We will be hiring 2 people to work at Sylvia (click the banner above to go to the thread)
Hiring will last Until the 31st of December. If we have not found people for all three positions, it will be extended.
Full-Time Colorist, and Part-Time Colorist are the positions that need to be filled.
We may hire more than one of each of those categories if necessary.

General Managers are expected to❧
❧Help plan and run events.
❧Be active in and manage the thread.
❧Communicate with PuddleInk and other staff on a consistent basis.
❧Possibly have and be willing to use some form of Instant Messenger ( AIM preferred)
❧Make sure colorists complete Leawyn on time.
❧Keep the guild tidy (move finished contests to archives, etc).
❧Skim RP's once in a while to make sure they fit the setting.
❧Be able to code and make important announcements/event posts look attractive.
❧Keep the Owners List updated or at the very least remind one of the Owners to update it.
General Managers will receive monthly gold payment that will be discussed with the manager being hired.

Full-Time Colorists are expected to❧
❧Participate in every planned event.
❧Possibly have and be willing to use some form of Instant Messenger ( AIM preferred)
❧Make suggestions for events, games, etc.
❧Color 4 Leawyn a month. (one of which is intended to be a freebie for games, etc.)
❧Complete all promised Leawyn in a timely manner.
❧Complete all stages of a Leawyn before its debut. (Unless stated otherwise)
❧Open custom and breeding slots for a month (TBD with other colorists to avoid overlapping)
❧Complete quality work, not brush-stamped or 3-year-old-and-crayons work.
❧Be capable of edits, and give edits on rare occasions (leaf variations can be common, small accessories/small hairstyles slightly less common, etc.)
❧Have good sense of color and pattern placement. (Puke green Leawyn with bright pink leaves, purple and orange polka dots over gray-blue stripes doesn't really look too nice..)
❧Remember that this is a world where humans don't exist, so any man-made accessories or hairstyles that require apposable thumbs wouldn't exist either.
Part-Time Colorists are expected to do the same as a full-timer except❧
❧You are only required to color 2 Leawyn a month.
❧Are not expected to do edits (Though it's a plus if you can)
❧Are not expected to open custom or breeding slots (but can if you do your required work and will be opened less often than a full-timer)
❧Are not expected to fully participate in every event (But are encouraged to)
Colorists will receive 100% of all proceeds from flatsales, customs, and breedings. They will receive 90% of all proceeds from auctions and raffles.
The other 10% helps pay our managers and fund any future need to buy..better shop graphics or something..
