So she had heard him! Kiume glanced to his paws in terror as he awaited her reaction. To his surprise, she didn't seem disgusted at all.. Just shocked. Kiume looked at her apologetically.. And his cheeks flushed furiously as their paws touched. "Oh, uh... Sorry. Heh, let's keep dancing."

The redness in his cheeks just got more intense with the kiss from Raposa. "I-uhn-linm-uh..." It took a moment for the young cheetah to regain control of his tongue again. "Yes. I'll stay here with you, Raposa." Kiume smiled and resumed dancing. It was such an amazing feeling, just being here... He dreaded returning to his pride, and began to wonder whether he wanted to return at all.

Raposa's heart skipped a beat and she let out another laugh, and began dancing with him again. He was going to stay! This sweet male, with the handsome tail, was going to stay with her for a little while, at least long enough to see if he liked her.

And if he did...well...maybe...maybe she could for once not be the one planing the celebration, but being the one that the celebration was for. She looked up at him, at his rose colored eyes, then to how easily he danced and smiled.

Oh she could like him, she could like him very much indeed!
