About elections... again

Yes, I'm posting this again. This time I'm serious though. I want elections to be held in a named period of time. The last elections were held a year and nine days ago, and as this is a clear breach (again) of the guild constitution, that should be followed (and that is why it is there). That is why, ignoring the question of how much I may like the current leadership, that is completely irrelevant in this demand, I am demanding two things from the people that were elected into the Central Committee during last elections. These are:

-Set elections once and for all for a definite time.
-Make an anouncement to the guild (using hte announcement function) saying the time where these will happen (and another one saying that they will take place when the time for elections arrives).

Feel free to organise an election if you wish. I will simply say that there is no point having an election with the current number of active people here (and the low level of activity of these people - these people including me, obviously).

I was merely pointing it out and bringing the problem to the light again so it is not forgotten. Besides, I am merely an appointed vice-captain. It should be the real elected captain or the vice-captain the one to start the elections.

Well then, let's make activity go up, and the only way to do that is to be active, isn't it?
