We need a new design for the Guild Home Page. To win the prize in this contest you will need to create a new FBI picture with a Halloween theme. The best design wins an October monthly collectible!!!!
And somebody better enter something decent...otherwise I'm gonna have to make one myself, and I'm just too damn lazy for that kinda stuff.

Started it late though, so might hold it open through November or something. I figure a halloween type would match the X-Files idea anyway, so would be good for more than just October.
