Lost Dimensions: Tearing the Veil is a collaberative novel I am working on with a friend.

I am writing a majority of it. The only contribution on her part is that later on in the story I will encorperate her characters into the plot. We will role play our way through character interaction, and then I will take the logs and then take what scenes I like and rewrite them into a more novel friendly prose.

However, you won't be seeing her characters in the story for a LONG time. For now I am just setting up and introducing some of my characters.

This story will follow a female protagonist, Shadyn. We aren't entirely sure, but the role of the protagonist may shift from her. We haven't quite decided yet. Please excuse the lack of creativity in some of the names, as most of these characters were in fact created when I was around 12 or 13. In fact, Shadyn isn't even my name - the credit does go to my sister for thinking it up.

Also, there are a lot of words or terms that are made up. Definitions or explanations for them will be included at the end of each post, and the terms themselves will be italicized when they appear in the story..

I, well, WE are planning on publishing this. Which is why feedback will be most appreciated. I will make a separate post for comments, so please reserve your comments for that thread.

Well, if I have more to add about this story, then I will add more.
