Will kick your arse! scream Oh my goodness. I've been to two classes and it's like I may as well have not been working out for the past month. My normal routine was to run around someone's neighborhood and then do some P90X cardio. On days that I didn't run then I would do P90X yoga (and that stuff doesn't play). I'm walking around right now limping and crap because my legs hurt in the shin and calf muscle. Apparently running with weights and doing jabs at the same time is really tiring. I know it's a good workout when I hate it while I'm there, but I want to go back the next day. I just hope my poor, bruised legs can hold up, lol. So yea, anyone ever been in a kickboxing class/course before or something of that nature?

Lol not a class or anything, but I have VOD and Exercise Tv comes with it (yaaay!). So I like the kickboxing things on there (idk if they have any right now T-T) but that's always fun. But man, you really feel it that next day eek .

Tell me about it. eek Do you have a bag that you kick with the exercise or do you just go through the motions?
I'm kind of upset because I had to miss it today. I got feverish again and have a real bad cold sore on my lip. Can't go to stuff like that when I'm contagious. sweatdrop
