Zionus Dalmone Arch Evil Angel I recommend keeping it to three subforums at the absolute max. We don't want people to have so much room that they can't find each other in the rp. Good idea. I was thinking one sub-forum for each world, so thats only 2. And probably 1 more for the characters. Noldega, what are you talking about..... Every single time we try to revive this guild, people always lose interest. Every single time, we say, Y'know what, good run, then, after some long swing of events, we try again. The guild says FILE CANNOT BE READ. The one time we finalize letting the han die, is the one time we get all this support for it and all the things suggested that would have saved it a year ago, just let it go. And somebody keeps deleting my posts saying this.

But the han is dead. This ain't the han. Its my own guild and what I wanna do with it. I chose FILE CANNOT BE READ because I haven't thought of a name for it yet. Why let a perfectly good open guild go to waste? I wanna make my own guild from it. So no, it ain't the han, its something new. Is there a problem with that? Its not affecting you, is it?

Noldega Spitefire Amyroth Noldega Spitefire Amyroth Hey, guys, what's going on? Incase you were wondering, this is the reason I haven't been on Gaia at all this past year. www.reddit.com Your kind steal memes from my site more than gaia does. At least gaia keeps them the same, instead of vectoring everything and making it "original" If you browse /b/, that's a respectable statement. I just don't like wading through all the dicks and child porn. If you browse funny junk, I will straight end you for such slander. Respect the narwhal! Funny junk is bullshit. I browse /v/ and /b/ often, and am a tripfriend on /x/, where it's respectable to trip if you can pull it off, hence not tripfag. I will admit you guys did well with inglip and trolldad though. While on the subject of lurking le interwebs, I found this screenshot on reddit. Roleplayers will get a kick out of it.

Good luck then, I may even stick around for it.

Ok, I've been pretty agitated for the passed twelve hours because of a roommate, but man that made my day!

It's sad, but somehow also amusing. Most seem to follow the T1 to a fault, but there are some things that just bug me about it. There are different formats and settings for the T1, but something feels as though it's missing almost entirely and that's a time-frame clause. Though the T1 system seems to have a balance that levels the field and only the better skilled player would prevail, however, since the T1 neglects direct interface with any sort of time frame in battle, players are able to exploit it entirely with, 'It's never impossible to avoid something, lest it be auto-hitting'. Now, I can sympathize with that, but there are just some exceptions.
For example, if someone rushes at another with a spear blatantly, the other could side-step briefly and catch said spear when it's close enough. It isn't autoing if the first attacker is that simple, it's just basic reality; if someone punches at you, you could either block or dodge (in most RP fights it's always some kind of perfect guard or miraculous dodge). However, if you let the punch get close enough, or let it land entirely, it could be simply caught, just like anything else, like a lance or spear (sword not recommended). If you're caught, you either drop your weapon immediately, or you're suffering the consequences for letting yourself be captured.
A lot of people seem to not grasp a lot of this conceptual stuff, and to be frank, it's quite annoying...

The worst part is that anyone in towns RP tend to just sit around, you can never tell if they're IC or OOC, because it's all so damn casual. Most of their characters are self insert, so they're basically playing themselves with powers. Ask any oldbag like us and you'll see the exact same complaints or issues noted as are being discussed here.
What's worse is that this is the time where my rp abilities are at last, good enough to be passable, but now everybody is playing at this horrible IC/OOC separation.
