The drama club I'm in was asked to perform our play "Foxy Grandma" Valentines day night at a dinner hall. So, I guess I'm booked. I would love to go on a date, but there aren't many openly gay people in my area that I know about - although there are a few, but I don't want to go out with someone just because of the reason that they're gay too.

I'm not doing anything for Valentine's Day, never do. I don't reserve my love for one day out of the year. And it's just another excuse to get people to consume anyway. Bah.

Nothing special going on for me. I'll probably buy some boxes of those little V-day candy hearts and pass them out to my friends, who will thank me for them and take them home but never get around to eating them because the candy itself tastes like cardboard. Or maybe I'll bake cookies. Who knows. But it will involve food.
