Endeaver, by the way, is a normal type attack that makes the opponents health equal to your own. if you have more hp than your opponent thaan it wont do anything.

The only way to get it with an Aron is to get a male mudkip/marshtomp/swampert with endeaver and breed it with a female aron/lairon/aggron.

if your wondering about the genders, its because the way breeding works is that the dad gives the egg moves and the mom decides what the pokemon is.
