Spiritomb can be obtained by either trading with a Daimond, Pearl, or platinum versions, but if you wan tone and don;'t have freinds in one of those other versions then you can get a spiritomb on the pokewalker. the area is called quiet cave to unlock is 100,000 watts and once inside the pokewalker you need at least 10,000 before you can see it in the bushes. note that there is only a %5 chance of finding one even with all the previous requirements
