This tier list doesn't look very official. Garchomp and Latios back in OU? Not convienced. I'm going to wait for a more stable tier list before I start making any calls. My Pkmn Online team won't be effected.

With the brokenness of rain dance this gen around, and many more hard heavy hitters, I could definitely see garchomp and latios falling back into the OU tier. As Jerz has stated, time will tell, since the tier is always evolving.. Its just nice to have a base to start on.

It having access to the ability chlorophyll and weather effect teams being very prevalent this gen. Especially combining that speed with the sub seed set and it being bulky to begin with.
