It's neat to see that all of you are still here after all this time.
I went back to see how long since I really posted here, and damn it's been a while!
So... Quick update: Still working at the same place and paid of more than half my total debts in a year (which is amazing because it was up into double-digit thousands). Things with Andras are great. My brother is having a kid in the summer so I'm going crazy looking at all the cute baby things I'm going to buy for the baby!! I've started painting my nails quite religiously into fun designs in bright colours, of course!
We went to Minneapolis in October to see the Gorillaz concert with a bunch of friends, there was 11 of us piled into 2 minivans, it was amazing!!
What have you all been up to?? Didja miss me???

Sounds like things are going awesome for you, which is awesome! I too a building up an impressive pile of debt, but I'm trying not to think about it. Might not be the best tactic, but it keeps me from mental breakdown.
Seeing the Gorillaz live would be such a strange experience. I'd expect a lot of 2D people running around.
I've been swamped with work myself. Once I done with grad school I think I'm leaving academia behind for a good while.

I was actually just thinking about you the other day, haha.
Glad to hear your life is going well... man, I remember when Andras was just a coworker crush xD
As for me, I'm currently ridiculously busy finishing up my second year... I'm hoping to get into law which means getting a crapton of As and it keeps me occupied :I
But, that all ends on saturday and I get to start counting down to my trip to Orlando! Two of my friends and I are going down to Orlando for an end-of-the-school-year theme park vacation~
One of those friends is coming in from Ottawa to come with us, and post-vacation she'll be living in the spare room of my basement and working at the gas station with me! ;p
Should be a fun summer :3

The Gorillaz concert was *amazing* we had 3rd row seats on the floor, you could seriously almost touch the performers. I wouldn't trade that for anything!! To think I'm starting to get into that mentality of gotta start some kind of schooling, but doing that and saving for a house, not so awesome!
Orlando sounds like so much fun! It's actually super weird to think of you going off and vacationing by yourself because when we met you were sooo young! It's almost like forums take a snapshot of age and just.... stay there.
It's hard to imagine that I known you guys longer than Andras and I have been an item and through all the turmoil and good times, it seems like such a long time!
This summer should be fun, we're planning on going zip-lining, and we already have tickets to go skydiving with a bunch of friends. We're heading to Detroit in January for the Auto Show (I am sooooo excited already!!!)

I think I was like.. 13 or 14 when we met (holy crap how is it that long ago).
I seem to recall you offered to meet me at one of the major malls and little 14 year old me was petrified because I'd only even bussed to the mall once before. Rooooofl.
I wanted to go zip-lining this summer (There's a place not far from the city, yeah?) but my stupid Ottawa friend is petrified and won't go xD
Aww man I wanna try skydiving one day. I'd probably need someone to literally push me out, but I still really wanna try that.

We got the skydiving tickets for like... half-off, it's normally $240!! Crazy!
How can someone be terrified of being attached to a machine attached to a thing going really fast??? Isn't that like... A seatbelt in a car/plane? Or even a motorcycle if the wind thing is scary? lol

She's scared for the same reason people are scared of roller coasters, I think. Its more like the feeling is too intense than she's actually scared something bad will happen.
