Anyone?! My favourite late-night snack/lazy lunch/tired dinner mwahahaha.
What are your favourite brands? I adore Nong Shim, they have the most springy noodles. Nissin has great flavours too, while Myojo has my favourite Tom Yam!
How do you cook your noodles? Any 'special' recipes? Yes, you do need a certain basic level of skill to cook good instant ramen.
