Poached? Scrambled? Over Easy? There is so many possibilities!

Personally I prefer mine Over Easy - cooked through but still allowing the Volcano Effect and Scrambled.

I love~ over easy! : D something about the puddle of yolk is so comfort food for me. I also like scrambled with cheese, omelets, and quiche. :3

I am suddenly reminded of a certain delicacy over here. The famous "balut" or fertilized duck egg (with the embryo nearly developed).

That still counts as egg right? Lol. Well, boiled egg, which so happens to have a developed embryo inside. sweatdrop
