Freebirds by Scott McAllister Note- You know all of those high-pitches and really fast runs? Yeah, most of them are clarinets. Two solo clarinets to be exact. I can't decide whether this makes me want to get better at clarinet or just quit because I'll never reach that level xd . EDIT- And yes, this has to do with concert band because I heard it while attending a concert with my band....

Oh, never noticed the time, but now that I think about it imagine having to play such high and fast notes for 13 minutes, it's superhuman xd .

I love send in the clowns i still think it sounds better on piano though when my mother plays it she is amazing and that is my favorite Cannon in D ever pretty much

And its my favorite canon in D by far, im teaching my horn line it for marching band, show up the woodwinds lol

Personally, it took me a while to realize that the bird sounds were being made by the clarinet sweatdrop .
