so sorta kinda pregnancy scare happened. i've been really stressed and my period has been sporadic and inconsistent and just plain not reliable in terms of showing up when it's supposed to.

i had sex once in the past month (condom/pulling out), so i wasn't worried, but when my period hadn't happened it was like OH GOD WHAT IF and really psyched myself out. so i brought it up to the boyfriend and he immediately buys pregnancy tests and picks me up after work.

so basically last night was spent sitting in the corner of a mexican restaurant, discussing what we would do if i ever did get pregnant while i'm trying to drink as much water as i can so i can pee, AND YUP, took the test in the bathroom, i'm classy. (we both live with family and thought a mexican restaurant was better than our own homes. we also considered a gas station and a subway. mostly for trashy, comedic effect.)

yadda yadda it's neagtive and even though i was probably just really paranoid, it's nice not to have it on my mind.

also ******** YEAH ABSTINENCE UNTIL I AM ON BIRTH CONTROL.

Classy as ******** was worried I was preggors once.

I knew this one girl from highschool who drank a lot of water trying to pee for a pregnancy test. It was negative, but she was pregnant. It's because her pee was so diluted with water that it didn't pick up any of the HCG in it. That's why tests always recommend you use your first morning's urine to test because that urine is more concentrated and the test will actually pick up the already tiny traces of HCG in it.

I don't mean to scare you, I just wanted to tell you that drinking a lot before peeing might skew the results. Just a tad bit of information to hold on to for next time.


I've definitely had these kind of scares before though, haha.. My period is extremely unreliable, but for some reason it always scares me when it decides to skip a month or two.

I wouldn't freak yourself out too too much if you are using a condom and pulling out.

I mean yeah obviously there's still a risk but I wouldn't stress yourself out too much about it.


Once I had sex with a guy, no condom (Yeah, dumb) but he pulled out and didn't ejaculate, but I had 2 friends who were like

YOU DID WHAT OH MY GOD YOU ARE PREGNANT OMGOMGOMG

so they freaked me out and then my period was late and I was like -SCREAMS- but stressing about it made me miss my period, I took a test and it was negative and it came the next month all fine anyways so

i've had this scare a lot. i've only tested once butttttt i still get paranoid like all the time. pretty much every time, actually. every week before my period is like panic week. and every time my titties grow the slightest bit i'm like WTF NOOO I'M PREGNANT gonk
and recently i've been off bc for a number of reasons, so my boyfriend and i had sex with a condom. buuut it broke last time. D: thankfully i had plan b so i took it immediately after lulz. planned parenthood hooks you up yo.

i think some day i might do that thing where they put some metal coil-rod thing up your vag that keeps you from getting preggers for like 5 years. birth control pills can be pretty dicey if you don't take them properly.

Why am I just seeing this now? Seriously, with my first, I was so paranoid, I couldn't wait. Hubz and I pulled over at a pizza shop and I ran into the bathroom and peed on a stick. I wanted to be pregnant so bad and the anticipation was killing me. I tested at home too just to make sure I was good and knocked up. It was faint though so I waited a week and peed again. I was pee on a stick addicted for a while until I saw the ultra sound LOL.

Glad you are NOT pregnant though. At least not until you are good and ready to be a mom.
