Either Imageshack or Tinypic. Try both, and see which turns out better. And in 2 parts, if it's too big.

Don't use photobucket for large pictures like that. It resizes them horribly.
Try ripway. I'm pretty sure it can hold it since it holds all my roms and small videos fine.

Just a little advice: Next time, try saving your pic in .PNG or .JPG
BMP images tend to take a long time to load.
