Lately I've been hard to reach, I've been too long on my own

The system leans back, as the car pulls to a halt. Apparently they are arriving. He pulls a pistol from his side, checking the loading and firing mechanism. Putting it back inside his jacket, he sighs. "When we get back, we'll speak. For now, we have negotiations to make."

Touching a finger to his earlobe, there's a short static sound, before a robotic welcome message to the Epsilon Communications Network; a nice touch by Odelise, who pioneered the technology.

Everybody has their private world, where they can be alone...

As Haruko pulls items around on the projected datapad, he frowns, a flashing red dot blinking at him from mid-air. The defense system they had set up around the perimeter had picked up something that isn't their vehicle.

"Guys, an unidentified vehicle has just entered the area. Luna, I want you out of here as soon as possible. Take somebody with you, who you know you can work with. Stranger, scout the vehicle, I want details, Damian, cover him."

Turning back to Evette he gestures, "Get up to a vantage point. Somewhere defensive. I'll join you shortly, I need to find my equipment."

After hearing nothing from Stranger, Damian blinked as he heard the update from Haruko, hearing as the car went by. Followed by a few others. Police by their look. Narrowing his eyes, he nodded even though it wasn't like Haruko could see the gesture. "Yes sir." He murmured, adjusting his gloves before he took off on the lower buildings, occasionally using windows and ledges to boost himself up to get to the roof.

"Haruko, I know you haven't had a chance to catch up on everything, but there were a few people that left to form a more passive resistance group a couple of weeks ago. James was leading them. It's possible that they are about to get a nice welcome hammer dropped on their heads. There is a possibility they just want to talk, scare them into stopping their actions, but we all know they'll use force if they don't get the right answer." He radioed to his boss, grimacing at the possibility. Even though he had respected their wishes, he still didn't want to see anyone in there dead.

Glancing up to the higher roofs, he took a deep breath, propelling himself up to the top of another building, trying to guess where the cars were going even though it was still a bit early to tell.

Evette raised her eyes when she saw the blinking red dot on his data pad, straightening up from the wall once more. Checking her various weapons, she knew she'd pass by her room to snatch up her sniper rifle, now watching Haruko as he spoke with the others. Looks like escort is put on hold for the moment.

Standing to attention when he addressed her, she bowed her head slightly, remaining in what some called her "mute" mode. She didn't speak unless she felt the need to because otherwise it was a hindrance in some way. With that, she darted down a hallway up to her room like before, leaving people bewildered as to what in the world was going on. That was twice now that some would see her run past their office. Then again, they really should be used to such occurrences.

Arriving at her room in no time at all, she picked up the case that held her custom sniper rifle, a faint smile rising to her lips beneath her mask as she remembered the man who had given it to her. Oh Garibaldi.... Pushing the past to the side, she made way for the mission at hand, making her way quickly up to the roof.

Overall, the whole trip maybe took 10 minutes tops from the main lobby to the roof, opening up the case one she picked a safe spot. Light, silenced, and a bit more powerful than normal, the rifle made her feel a warmth in her chest each time she used it. Assembling it, she rested it on a stand, looking down through the scope at the vehicle in the distance, it's approach coming faster and faster. "Evette, in position." She reported to Haruko, being careful that the sun wouldn't glint off of the scope or anything of the rifle. Again, she needed to thank Garibaldi for his genius when he built her this gun.

Luna kicked the mechine, finally starting its power with a low rumble.
"I'll be as fast as i can. I'll do better alone" she said back down the mic finally after waiting a few moments in thought.
She run down the wires pushing them into the back of the mechine and checking they were in, starting the suction process. She emidatly cut contact with Haruko, as the Crop would most likely be able to sense her signal. It was weither they'd waste time coming this far out or even if they made it to her on time. "It should take around..." she said outloud, quickly making many estimates in her head of its time value, "10 minuets maximum, though it will take awile to leave" she said clenching her teeth, hoping that the Crop we're too busy with there missions to change plans. Its not even like Beta would due to her comitment to there planns as such, though they always seemed to suprise the resistance.

Noticing that they had arrived, Nyx checked her gun one more time to make sure the safety was off before opening the door with her left hand, just incase there were people out there that wanted to shoot. After hesitating for a moment, the Omega exited the vehicle, brushing her ponytail out of the way as she waited for Gamma to get out so they could go in.

I don't want to do this anymore....
