Today was the day Basi took Veronica out to pick apples out in an abandoned apple orchard. He was taken there when he was a kid back when it was running. He wanted to take both girls but Tempy was out on the 'Night Family Farm'. Today Veronica was in a cute yellow dress and some rather stylish boot. She was playing with an apron trying to get a bug on it. She was kneeling and with the apron level to the floor. The bug wasn't so sure about the new white cloth in its way. Veronica grew inpatient and smashed it and got up to find her dad.
Once she found him, he was high up in a tree relaxing eating an apple. "BASI" she shouted he looked down. The girl smiled "Are we taking a brake" she smiled some more . Basi nodded. The two worked hard all morning and had three good sized barrels full of red ripe apples. Basi gathered the apples and Veronica's super speed made her the perfect cleaner. She of course was doing this so she could go to the mall on Friday, she kept buttering Basi to take her. She had been grounded for the last three days due to Tempy catching her picking on a boy at a park. Veronica swore a friend no one saw made her do it.
Now the wrath girl was walking around the orchard hoping maybe they weren't the only ones on the orchard. As she wondered around she found a pesky rabbit that would not let her catch it, but would fallow her around. She grew tired of this and flung a rock at it , the bunny was nowhere to be seen after that. She continued to walk around, the feel of the wind on her face felt nice, but she would never admit that to herself. She continued to walk around till she found a nice rock and sat on it. She sat there thinking, something that is never good for Veronica, he stone cold frog moved on her head. She started to think of ways she was going to get revenge on her sister’s friend Marcy for stealing Tempy away from. Her thoughts consumed her. So there she sat for a good five minutes all alone , and angry.

Apples were always so hard to find this time of year, so when Bovidae saw the place filled to the brim with fresh apples, he had to stop, if only to look. He looked around as he neared the entrance. It didn't say it was open, but it didn't say it was closed either. If anything, it looked slightly abandoned. He was sure he saw SOMEONE milling about around here. He'd have to ask them if it were okay to take a walk. He was getting married soon, and like any typical groom, he did have some pre-wedding jitters. Not as much as the average fellow, thanks to the Pride side of him, but enough that a walk to clear his head sounded lovely.
Walking deeper into the orchard in, his hopes of finding someone were answered as he spotted the rather bitter looking wrath spawn. She seemed deep in thought, so there was no need to startle her, so he stopped a good ten feet away.
"Hello there miss, is this your family's orchard?" he asked.

Yes.... Veronica originally wanted to find someone to mess with but now her own mind was messing with her. She looked up startled "Aww noooo" if given more time she would of said yes, it might be fun stringing him along. She played with her dress and started to ack like she had been crying " I..." she started to talk but she needed time to think.... 'hmmm should I be lost , or should I be looking for a lost item' she thought to herself. The wrath spawn lifted her head and pouted " I lost my.... my ...... daddy....." she put her head down. Calling Basi her daddy sounded so odd, it was almost bitter coming out of her mouth.
She peeked over to see if the male was buying into her act. She huffed a few more time in hopes that he might come over to her. Then that evil bunny was back. She tried to keep herself together but it was so hard. She clutched her hands together and took some deep breaths as she pretended to sniffle. The bunny was behind the male and kept running back and forth. Her eyes couldn't help but follow it. The breaths weren’t working so she quickly changed positions so her back was turned to them " I just don't KNOW if I WILL ever SEE MY DADDY.... EVER......" she fake sniffed some more and snatched up a rock and crushed it in the same motion. She felt somewhat better now.

Bovidae arched an eyebrow at the girl. He was really having a hard time figuring out if she was faking or not. She was colored like the new wrath demon so it could be that the rock crushing was how she was dealing with the stress.
"Well I'm sure everything will be fine," he said with a smile as he took a few steps closer before finally looking behind himself at the noise behind him.
"Aww, a bunny, how cute," he commented, amused by the animal and it's playfulness before he looked back at Veronica.
"Well, my name is Bovidae Harrington. I think I saw a man working when I pulled off to check this place out. Maybe he's seen your father?"

She sniffed some more and even got a tear to go down her cheek. She did this by thinking of boring reality shows , golf , listening to lectures and other mind numbing activities. She looked up at the man "Maybe ....." she blinked then stated " I am sooo lost , you will need to lead the way...." she sniffed some more and crinkled her nose and forehead. She waited for the moment where she could stomp her foot at the bunny.
