Despite waging war against the Dragonheart Empire, the Galactic Roman Empire has found itself celebrating. The cause of the merriment was the birth of the Supreme Imperator's and his Empress' babies, twins! When one is elated, it is quite easy to lower one's guard. Now a mysterious assailant has abducted the infants! He must be stopped before he can escape!

Rules
1. The assailant starts out with 100 health points
2. Each combatant starts out with 500 health points
3. Each combatant rolls 1 100-sided dice
4. The assailant will roll 1 100-sided dice every 3 turns and 1 20-sided dice every 6 turns
5. Whomever rolls the highest number wins the scuffle
6. The difference between the rolls determines the damage to the losing combatant
7. When a combatant’s health points reach 0, they are eliminated for three turns. At the end of three turns, the combatant’s health is regenerated to 150

-When the assailant rolls a 20-sided dice, if the number rolled is 10 or below, any attacks thrown his way miss entirely

 How this unknown man garbed in leather was able to infiltrate the Supreme Imperator's home was a mystery. It boggled the mind of those who chased him. They would get their answers once they stop him, but they had to be careful. In each of his arms were the twins of Remus and Kaok. To deter those who chased him, a noxious mist was emitted from underneath the assailant's cloak. HP: 100

Luna had come to celebrate. A war going on didn't mean she couldn't party. No one had stopped her anyway, and she was having fun. A stranger ran carrying the babies and she chased after, only to be overcome by the noxious gas.

 "This has gone on for long enough."
Alston, one of the few Dragonhearts Remus allowed within his empire, had come to congratulate Remus. However, things didn't go as planned. He saw the assailant with the twins in his arms and quickly recognized the man as a bounty hunter under his father's employ. Furious, Alston ignited his plasma saber (a blue variant from the typical red) and gave chase. The foul gasses stopped him in his tracks, unfortunately. The Prince fell into a coughing fit, gasping for air.

After the assailant gently placed down the twins, Alston tackled the individual; they tumbled safely away from the infants. Alston then proceeded to pummel the masked man with his fists.

Remus was furious beyond comprehension. The Praetorians were mobilized and the Imperator chased the assailant with his light blade ignited. The Imperator pulled the assailant from under Alston by the neck and threw him against a wall and smashing a marble bust of Hadrian sitting on a small pillar. Remus continued where Alston left off, slamming the kidnapper with his metal fists.
"You little cockroach! I'm going to break your spine!"
