Hello. i have seen a lot of Robin and Raven threads here, so I've decided to make a thread for Villians, mainly Trigon.
Trigon being Raven's father I think deserves a thread. And like Raven said in The End Episode:
Trigon isn't just a villan. He is the incarnation of evil, the source of all darkness.
So, here is to discuss Trigon, Raven, Arella, (Raven's mother) the Teen Titan's 'bad guys' and other Teen Titans related things.

Trigon:Trigon is Raven's demonic father from another dimension. He represents the dark side of Raven, which she is able to keep in check through meditation. Trigon's evil is something that can manifest if Raven isn't careful.

Arella:Arella became the bride of the evil inter-dimensional being known as Trigon. Through this union, Arella gave birth to Raven and raised her in the peaceful realm of Azarath. Despite Arella's efforts, her daughter was bound to Trigon by a prophecy. Arella forever gave Raven her love, even knowing what she was destined to become: a vessel for Trigon's evil.(Information from Titanstower.) Comic book version ^^)

Raven:By far the most mysterious member of the group, Raven has a dry wit and world-weary demeanor. Raven was very private when she first joined the team - not even allowing her close friends to enter her room.
Part of the reason Raven was so withdrawn was a prophesy related to her birth. Raven was destined to become a human portal that would bring her demonic father to earth. Upon Raven's birthday, Trigon began to set plans into motion to bring about the end of earth as we know it.
Indeed, Raven did bring Trigon to earth - and he transformed the planet into a frightening wasteland. The prophesy was fulfilled. And Raven was changed into a helpless child. But Raven learned - with the help of the Titans - that there is always hope.(Information from Titanstower.)

Slade:A crafty supervillain, Slade is the mastermind behind much of the crime in this corner of the world. His primary goal seemed to be to destroy the Teen Titans, though his motivations for doing so were not clear. From the darkness of his secret compound, Slade dispatched other villains to do his dirty work.

That must have taken a lot work, I applaud you.
The End of the World saga was in my eyes amazing. In the comics you truely see how evil Trigon can be. What was it, like when he was born he instantly killed everyone around him, by 10 he had killed every other demon god in the universe and by 30 he had conqured an entire dinmension, or something like that. (I'm pulling it all from memory so excuse me if a few minor details are not accurate) I thought they did a nice job bringing that out on the animated version of it. How he was just playing with them the entire time, they were less than bugs to him. (until they actually started doing some damage)
My only complain on that saga, when BB, Cyborg and Star were fighting the evil side of themselves I think it would have been better if they went more into the psychological part rather than just have them beat on each other.

Thank-you. I was up until three in the morning. xD
Anyhoo, yes, I thought the animaters for the animated Teen Titans did a great job on making Trigon the way he is. I like the idea how he betrayed Slade and played the Teen Titans for fools.
And I have to agree with you on that one too! ^_^ Beast Boy, Cyborg and Star did have some conversations with themselves, but like you said I think it would be cooler if they went more into the psychological part rather than just have them beat on each other.
I take my hat off to your idea. whee
