Kotex is good, Playtex is good, but fuuuck I hate Tampax so much. It's all we have right now and it's driving me crazy. It's a cardboard applicator and the cotton part sticks way out of the applicator and it's difficult to get in. I couldn't even do it this morning. I guess those Tampax Pearl brand or whatever are okay because they're plastic and have the same kind of tip as the other brands, but that's not what we have. gonk

I prefer OB, but I have no problem with tampax, sicne it's what I have at home now, but I prefer OB for the lack of waste and the fact I can carry like 7 of them with me in my purse and they take up almost no room.
I hate plastic applicators.
Once one of those little ******** teeth on the end snagged my vag on the way in when I was ******** that. Tha's all I can think of now when I see them.

Yeah I can't deal with cardboard applicators either. I'd go out and buy some tampons you feel good with, no need to make periods even worse than there are.

...I never knew applicators made such a difference. I've always been able to use plastic and cardboard ones without any trouble at all. So I guess that makes me an old woman with four children? lol.

So long as I have regulars and supers on hand, I feel safe.

It's 3 children. Sheesh! xd
I'm going to have to agree with Xippy though. I hate plastic and the waste. Inevitably I end up dropping the applicator in the toilet at a public restroom and having to decide, reach in and fish it out or hope it doesn't clog the toilet when I flush?
