Schism “I'm just the useless old man who travels the stars alone…” - The Doctor
After leaving Donna Nobel behind, The Doctor wanders the universe aimlessly, heartbroken, and alone. In one of his many adventures he encounters a planet enslaved by the remains of a Dalek supercomputer. With his help, the planet’s resistance fighters shut down the broken AI and topple its puppet government. However he soon realizes that the core of the computer is a small child, moreover, the resistance intends to use the said child to ensure their rise to power. In an attempt to keep both bands from killing each other, the Doctor disables all tech systems with a Dalek signature, this inadvertently causes a malfunction in the child’s stasis chamber and she is killed on the spot.
Despite the sacrifice, both groups remain adamant about subjugating the other and go as far as to declare their enemy as non-people without rights. When the Doctor attempts to appeal to their sense of decency and at least help him bury the child, a member of the resistance merely strikes the corpse with a combustion cannon, incinerating the remains instantly.
Horrified by the hatred between the two factions and lack of empathy towards life in general, he declares them all to be no better than the Daleks and refused to aid either side. As the planet began to decay into a state of anarchy the Doctor grew disillusioned with his failed attempts at finding a genuinely good person within the conflict and finally abandoned the planet entirely.
The guilt of having murdered an innocent child in vain stayed in his conscience. It has left him feeling defeated and unable to face any of his previous companions.

It sounds sad, I know, but the Doctor's pretty much going through a depression at having failed. He's avoiding his friends and pretty much having a nice long sulk Time Lord style! So basically he needs someone to drag him out of his funk. Funness to follow! 3nodding
It's initially meant as a 1x1 RP but villains are welcome to apply! whee

Bio/History: Aliena also called Ally is from the planet of Girmix that was burned by the Daleks. She is the last of her species but when she talks about them she does not praise them. She hated her people but loved her planet. The Girmixians where a ruthless race that would conquer other races. Aliena was the daughter of one of the generals and was secretly planning a rebellion against her father and her people. But the a week before she made her move the Daleks came. The image of walking through her burning skys and fields will forever haunt her.

The Doctor ran down the street, which meant it was a pretty typical day. The culprit this time around was just a Fish Person that thought it amusing to scare humans and take joy rides in their cars. The Doctor quickly snagged the Fish Person, who then proceeded to spit up something on his coat and then use the diversion to slip away.
"Oh come on!" he yelled at the fleeing alien, "That was just rude!"

The Fish Person then fell on top of a girl named Aliena but Ally for short with red hair but no freckles ew. "GAH! GET OFF OF ME!!" she yelled while pushing the fish person off of her.

The Doctor rounded the corner at a full sprint and stumbled over the two. His arms pinwheeled in an attempt to catch his balance.
"Gaah!" he yelled out but promptly fell on top of Ally as well."
The Fish Person once again bolted to his feet and dashed away. The Doctor groaned and looked up at the retreating figure. "Ow... that could have gone better..."

Ally growled "what's up with people falling on me today!" she said while now pushing off The Doctor. She glared at him then glanced over at the running fish. "jerk din't even apoligize!" she said while leaving behind her letter bag and running after the Fish man.

The Doctor stood up and felt his bones pop. He winced.
"Not as young as I used to be..." he grunted before noticing the letter carrier had taken up the chase. "Oi! Wait a minute!"
He ran after her and were he watching it as an observer he would have found the entire thing hilarious.

Ally finally caught up to the fish man and tackled him. She got a good look at the fish man and frowned "I HATE fish" she growled and was about to beat him to a pulp

The Doctor caught up to the Ally and promptly grabbed her wrist before she could inflict any damage.
"Ah-ah-ah! No need for that," he tsked as he grabbed the fish-man by the back of the collar, "He's sorry for what he's done aren't you?"
The alien spat something derogatory in his own language causing the Doctor to stare in disapproval.
"You kiss you mother with that mouth?"

"How rude" she said while understanding the fish as well. She finally got a good look of the man who held her wrist back from punching the alien. He was quite handsome but she would never admit it.

The Doctor shot Ally a knowing glance.
"Teenagers..." he sighed, "thanks for the assistance. You seem remarkably calm for someone who just encountered a fish man."
He studied her with mild interest, "You're not human... you wearing a shimmer? No... where are you from?"

She looked to the side. "Girmix, your not from here either. What about you?" she said while looking at him. She pulled her wrist back and shot the fish a death look but then looked back at him.
