So I've been incredibly 120% stressed. Like, ridiculous. I took tests, figured out the reason for some nasty things such as my illness that I've had for about 3 and a half weeks, why I'm always ******** bloated, break outs the hell, etc.
But the number one problem I'm having is stress eating. i've literally been living on junk food and s**t. I gained like, 5 lbs in two weeks its disgusting. And I don't know how to shake it off. Like, eating things that aren't junk don't satisfy me whatsoever. and you know how supposedly you can get rid of a craving 10-30mins? Yeah no. Not quite. I will have a craving middle of school and get it when i get home at 4pm. Its ridic.
All of you know I'm super conscious of my weight and I don't know what to do and I need lose weight before middle november for my stupid a** model un conference. I don't want to be the ugly girl in my committee like always.

No idea what to do. I'm a stress-eater too. Smoking got rid of that, but then uh...you're smoking. Soooo. xD

Try drinking lots of water to make you feel bloated?
Or carry around gum and candy. Whenever you have a craving, pop some gum or a candy you can suck on? Or even carry lollypops.

Get rid of the junk food in your house and stop buying it? Convince whoever's doing the shopping to stop buying processed crap. It'll be better for everyone in the house anyway.
Maybe to help you ignore the cravings, keep doing things that won't give you a chance to eat. Find things to distract you from eating, basically.

I'm a stress-anorexic. When I get to my highest stress levels I forget to eat/don't have time. Honestly though, eating chips/junk will make you more stressed because it weighs down your body/energy levels. I bet if you force yourself to eat really healthy stuff for a week you will feel more awake/able to cope with busy situations.

@Necca: Spice has no effect on me. I'm like B| "Bring it, heat." @Faffy: Yeahhh I'm not a smoker. XD SMOKING SCARES ME. @Raven: I drink 9 cups of water a day [***** yeah B)] but it never seems to effect me. Hur. The gum idea sounds good. @Vitamin: Unfortunately I buy it. I live across the street from a Convenience store, pizza joint, two delis, a japanese restaurant. UGH. @Streets: I used to have that. It randomly flipped on me, so weird! And I know, but its just like, its not even a crave anymore, its a ******** desperation/need NOW. Its terrible.
